In May 2016, a clogged sink in our master bathroom ended up causing a flood of water in our master bathroom that seemed to spread only to our master bedroom carpeting (about 4 feet into the carpet on both sides of the doorway and around a corner to our bedroom door). We frantically mopped up the water in the bathroom and tried mopping the water out of the carpet but there was so much that we knew we were in over our head. We also knew that if we left the water for any length of time it would lead to mold/mildew. We had used Restoration Management Company once before in the past for a small job (they were referred by a friend who had extensive damage from a fire) and liked their work so we called them again. We called their 800 number and when the person fielding the calls realized the extent of water we were dealing with she immediately put us through to Abel Hernandez. Abel was very friendly and professional. He knew the urgency of the situation, he set up an appointment to come to our house early the next day (which we felt was extremely fast as it was close to midnight). After he arrived and assessed the water damage, he told us it was good we had called as mold/mildew sets in rather quickly. He set up for one of his technicians, Mario, to come that afternoon and set up the equipment needed to dry the affected walls and rugs. Abel and Mario also found that the water had affected our master closet, a very important find as this would have turned to mold/mildew!! I have chronic illnesses and it is not easy for me to be out of our home, Abel and Mario were sympathetic to that and got everything dry in the shortest time possible. We later decided to take out the rug and replace it with tile, the tile man told us the restoration company did an outstanding job and we agree!! Our thanks to Restoration Management Company, Abel and Mario for giving us fast service in an emergency situation and doing a fast, professional job in taking care of our water soaked bedroom walls and carpet. They also worked with us on a good price as we were paying out-of-pocket rather than putting in an insurance claim. We returned to our home in Northeast Windsor after the Kincade fire, grateful to have a home still standing, but confronted with a house that had heavy smoke damage inside. Upon the recommendation of our insurance company we contacted Restoration Management Company. Within a day or two Ron Lerma from RMC arrived to inspect the condition of our home, provide a scope of repairs, and a cost estimate. Given the large number of claims and inspections going on, we were very impressed with the timely manner of Ron's arrival. Ron was very knowledgeable and professional, and also very personable. His positive attitude about what to do, and how to get things done, helped put us at ease, as we were a little bit in a state of shock over the whole experience. Ron was very thorough in his inspection, answered all our questions, and left us his contact info for any additional questions and project-status. Because so many restoration claims were in process, Ron made a special effort to secure a crew for us quickly. By Friday we knew a Crew would arrive on Monday. The Restoration and Cleaning Crew arrived Monday morning and was managed by Liliana. Liliana and her Crew were professional, personable, and very thorough and efficient in cleaning and removing the smoke intrusion from our home. We were amazed at how quickly and effectively they were able to work through each room, and of course the dreaded garage! Any special cleaning requests we made of them were cheerfully taken care of. Not only were we extremely pleased with the results, but the crew was able to finished a day early. The smoke filled house we had returned to was now smoke free and again our home. We had no idea what was in store for us when we discovered a leak in our kitchen, accompanied by the beginning of mold growth, but Restoration Management certainly did! After contacting our insurance company, that same day we received a call from Abel Hernandez, our Project Manager, who advised us that if it was convenient for us, a crew would be there that evening. Sure enough, that evening Martin and Darwin showed up, inspected the affected area, explained the next steps that would happen and relayed all of the information back to Abel. While inspecting the crawl space under the house that evening they noticed and took pictures of two totally unrelated issues they saw and shared that information with us, above and beyond the call of duty. Abel showed up the next day and went through what the entire remediation process would look like for us, step by step and he was spot on. In these days of very erratic home service, Abel and Restoration Management were truly a beacon of light. Abel was in constant communication with us, our insurance company and his crew. He showed up or called when he said he would, the work flow happened like he said it would and he was a wealth of information. We badgered him with question after question throughout the process, but Abel was calm and extremely patient, always making sure we had the answer to our questions....a true professional and huge asset to his Company. I have had RMC restore two of my homes, as a result of two incidents of water damage - they responded promptly to both. In the first, I had water pouring from my guest bath down to my garage. Jorge Rubio was efficient and responsive in all matters dealing with myself and my insurance. He had every room packed and stored while they opened up my walls and dried the place out. When it came time to unpack, Jorge made it happen. He was my point person and had solid communication. In my second home, we had an ice maker leak to the garage and I knew who to call. While we didn't get to work with Jorge again, we had the pleasure of working with Mike Nunally. Mike was very professional and responsive with pleasant and effective communication. Darwin Alas, Mike Ledesma, Carlos Miranda, and Mario Andrade were also helpful in getting the job done. I also really appreciate that the office was helpful when we did have an issue. Jo Cook listened to our needs and made modifications where necessary - Raquel helped facilitate that communication with Brittany. Lastly, Abel was really nice to work with while only briefly. Though he didn't stay on the project longer than the initial contact, he took the time to help us address concerns that were no longer his issue - very helpful and kind. I'd welcome the opportunity to work with any of these people. However, I did not enjoy working with Nathan because I personally find him less than pleasant, I appreciate the company promptly removing him from my case, upon request. As a certified industrial hygienists I never thought I would need to address a disastrous water or sewage loss in my own home. However, a sewage backup occurred. I contacted my insurance carrier regarding the sewage backup. They contacted RMC. I received a phone call from Mike Nunnally who discussed the logistics of responding to a sewage release event. The very next day Mike Nunnally and his crew arrived on time and were prepared to address the sewage spill. Mike was friendly and professional explaining the process as we progressed through the remediation. Moisture measurements drove the remediation necessitating removal of damage building materials. Due toi the age of the home Asbestos bulk samples were collected from potential sources. The response was complicated due to 2% Chrysotile asbestos being detected in the drywall skim coat. The RMC employees that performed the remediation, Carlos Miranda, Darwin Alas, Mario Andrade and Alex Alas, were neat, friendly, well trained and responded to the demands of the job. The remediation took two days, Asbestos clearance testing took another two days. The contaminated rooms were cleared and ready for re-construction at the beginning of the next week. I had a water damage not too long ago and was recommended Restoration Management by my insurance. We noticed the water damage by 2:00 am and called my insurance. About 3:00 am I was called by Restoration Management telling me they'd be at my house by 8:30 am. By 8:15ish the project manager, Abel, arrived. By 8:30 am his crew were also here. From the get go they made me feel better and gave me a time estimate on how long the work would take to finish. After the work has started, the very first day, a second set of people arrived. As the first crew was drying up the house, the second crew began packing my belongings. They did an awesome job. Every thing was sorted by room, closet, wet or dry. These guys are best from what I have observed. Not only were they professionals, they were also polite and understanding. After all my belongings were hauled always in order to clean up the damaged properly, the job was done to perfection. When my belongings were returned, these guys spared no effort in putting every thing exactly were it was. I also had a few items that I wanted to get rid off and they offered to dispose it for me. That was the cherry on top. Not I it did I save a few bucks from the dumping fees but also the time I was going to spend loading and unloading the unwanted items. From the moment I knew I had water damage, I knew restoration management was my go to resource! One morning, i had water dripping from my kitchen ceiling, just below the Master bath, of course assuming the worst, I reached out to RMC. I was initially directed to Mike, he contacted me immediately, and was scheduled to visit my home the same day! Mike came out, fully assessed my home, both upstairs and downstairs, and in the same evening was able to schedule a crew to come out to my home, and locate the water damage source. Later the same evening Armando and his team arrived at my home, and began demo to locate the source of the water leak. I can't explain how fantastic Armando and his team were, demo was clean and discreet, and secured safely for my family. From this point I had contact with Jo inside the office to schedule continued monitoring of the drying equipment. Jo was so accommodating to my scheduling needs, while still making sure the project progressed as needed. There was a fire at my home and I hired Restoration Management Company (RMC). Tony Chapin was the Supervisor in charge of the clean up as it related to the fire. extraordinarily high quality and professional work. Tony's and his team was very mindful and caring of my needs because it such a emotional time for me. RMC did a great job packing out my complete home including my garage. They packed and wrapped everything. RMC was very organized and staff made me feel at ease. After they removed my items the cleaned my garage and inside my home thoroughly to get it ready for the contractors. RMC returned my furniture and household items without any damage. They placed all of my items in the original areas. The staff used their pictures they took when first came out to ensure that everything would be placed in its original place. They totally cleaned my garage and my complete home. Tony's team leader Yida was so professional, organize, customer orientated. The team did not leave my home until everything was complete. Also received a follow up call from Tony. I would give this company 110 rating they went over and above. I would differently recommend RMC. read more

I had a pipe explode in my house. I did not know what to do. I started my claim and within a day of starting my claim a truck showed up almost 30 minutes earlier than I expected. Fernando and Darwin were the first two to come out. They did water evaluations to show me how saturated my walls were and floors. They offered to start the demolition that day. I called the insurance company and they agreed that was the right thing to do. They set up fans and removed all the contaminated interior items. The next day Abel came out. I barely knew he was there as he was doing additional water measurements. He noticed there were still moisture and took additional mitigated steps to get the moisture out of my walls. On the last day Ricardo and Esperanza came to the house and did some more water measurements and I was fully dry by that time. They then removed all of the equipment. From the time they showed up to the time they left all the folks were courteous professional uniforms looked well-maintained and they try to be an intrusive as possible. On 10-15, we had water damage in our condo. RMC came out and did a wonderful job of cleaning up, and dealing with a challenging situation. Let me be very clear. The people who work for RMC are very well trained. Everyone that came to our condo was professional, respectful, fast, efficient, and competent. My first contact was Chris, the weekend manager. He walked me through every step, and he was kind and patient. I felt overwhelmed. Fernando Ledesma and Michael Ledesma did the majority of the work. They were excellent. Four amazing women packed up the garage - Elsa Martinez, Maria Orozco, Esther Cruz, and Gaby Escobar - they were kind, patient, and so competent. Martin Ramos, Sebastian Garcia, Juan Vega, Mario Andrade, Esteban Rayo also participated in the cleanup, and they, too, were polite, competent, and professional. On a scale of 1 to 10, the company is a 15. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE WHO NEEDS THEIR SERVICE. After the huge rainstorms, we discovered a roof leak at my parents home in Napa. We contacted the insurance company and they had referred Restoration Management Co. (RMC) to us. The project manager, Mike Nunnally, responded very quickly and within days we had an approved estimate and the project scheduled. It became a bit more extensive with mold and asbestos containment and abatement, and Mike coordinated perfectly with the insurance company. The techs who worked on the job, Alex Alas, Agustine Garcia and Julio Silias, were all incredibly hard-working and courteous. My parents were quite impressed with the care that was taken to keep the project moving quickly and with the only intrusion being the loud air-scrubbers that were necessary to keep any mold, asbestos or dust getting into any other areas of the home. I would highly recommend RMC if you find yourself with any type of leak/water damage/mold and asbestos abatement issues. With a backed up sewer and waste both underneath my house and outside deck, a contractor friend recommended Restoration Management Company to address the clean-up. What a great company to conduct business. The Project Manager Mike was out the next morning to assess the job. He spent time educating me about the clean-up and answering all my questions. Within hours I had a complete estimate that was very reasonable. The work was scheduled two days later. Mario and Santos were the technicians who arrived on time to start work. They spent the first hour laying paper on the flooring and encapsulating the room for access to the crawl space in plastic. They were tedious and thorough. The work was completed in a day and a half and the house, inside and out, was left pristine. I couldn't have been more pleased. We had a leak start in our upstairs master bath while we were out for about an hour, came home to a flooded bathroom and bedroom, and the ceiling below bowing and dripping. We called our insurance company who said they were sending out a company to remediate the damages. That company never showed up, called the next morning and couldn't care to be bothered by doing the work when they were supposed to. A call back to our adjuster and he contacted RMC, they called me back in under 30 minutes, and were onsite a few hours alter working. They were very thorough and professional, they didn't stop until they found all the damage.
