He was generous enough to start setting up fans before confirming to work with them and was very informative and communicative throughout the whole water mitigation process. Always showed up on time and was responsive to any questions I had. Him and his crew were awesome during the demo portion. Put floor and wall protection down and cleaned up after the job was done. ServiceMaster was engaged to remove bad cigarette odor from my house. First they recommended attic duct cleaning. Then they washed everything: walls, ceilings and floors. Then they ran air purifiers for several days. Smell is now mostly gone, except around front entrance door and around access door to the garage. I am still working on that smell. Also, it took them a few days to come get the air purifiers. Overall I am satisfied with their work. They were responsive and professional. read more

We contacted ServiceMaster when the water heater developed a leak and cause secondary damages. The damages were not just in the garage but the walls and floor of the adjacent rooms. Importantly after the treatment, a retest was performed to make sure no more microbial growth, no elevated moisture readings or any signs that would indicate potential problems in the future. ServiceMaster was called out by AAA to scope out a water damaged ceiling ~2ft from a baby grand piano. Adam (owner) arrived early and was always on time for appointments. He was very professional, and most immediately setup negative air machines. He explained the work that needed to be completed, and ensured scope of work was communicated / coordinated to a separate company ERI, who was responsible for the abatement. He also suggested keeping the encapsulated area as is (from the abatement) for the next phase (sheetrock tape, texture and paint) to minimize dust which was a great idea, especially since the tape started to come off the ceiling that was covering the ~ 5ft x 6ft hole (which had nothing to do with ERI's work). My last point is Adam had compassion. My daughter was very sick during part of this work (5 weeks), then I became sick, which made scheduling difficult, a few times. Regardless of the inconvenience impacting ServiceMasters schedule, his response was, "I'm so sorry to hear that... I hope your daughter gets better soon." Excellent service. read more

Servicemaster came to our home for an emergency water leak damage. Although our insurance company suggested them, we were absolutely relieved, we accepted their service. Damir came early to assess the work that needs to be done. He relayed very clearly how things are going to be repaired. He explained it numerous times and answered all our concerns until we fully understood. Damir and team came on time and were respectful and accommodating of our requests. We requested to have plastic covering for the carpet stairs for protection and they did. They packaged our household goods that will possibly be damaged during the clean-up very carefully. Delivered and stored to a nearby warehouse accordingly. His team worked tirelessly finding the water damages and ensured it's completely dry. We had heavy duty fans on for 24 hours for days. The fans were loud but necessary. Note: electric bill will be a bit high for sure because of the fans and make sure you tell them which stays in regards to baseboards or other materials which can still be of use. Saves you money in repairs. We were impressed by the professionalism and dedication this team showed us. More importantly, They did not leave our home in disarray.
