The office also referenced a February 17, 2025 appointment that was supposedly canceled outside the policy, but the first text communication I ever received from them was dated February 25, 2025, and I never received any reminder or text regarding a February 17 appointment. ^^ I looked back and it looks like I did have an appointment on February 17 that I scheduled via phone call. On Monday, February 16 I was at Swedish hospital with my two young kids who were just diagnosed with flu A. It knocked us out as a family for two weeks! So that is why I did not make my February 17, 2025 appointment. So I guess they did give me a courtesy cancellation.... However it just feels like another dentist office trying to screw people over. Because this office is out-of-network for our insurance, the visit was already fairly expensive. They were able to get us in just one week later for back to back appointments to take care of both kids' fillings.
