So... let's start with the good... The inside is cute. Nice photo wall. Nice assortment of ice cream flavors. And the ice cream was pretty good. Ok, on to the rest... The price is, fine I guess. Pretty much what I've come to expect. Expensive. Could grab two gallons of ice cream at the super market. But it's the experience you go for. But, as mentioned in other reviews, the customer service was poor. The employee seemed unhappy to be there, disinterested in us as customers. And the lids don't fit, so transporting the ice cream was messy at best. read more

Horrible customer service, expensive, and not worth the money. The only good thing about this place was Pokeman playing on the TV inside. $5.99 for one scoop?! The to go lids don't even fit, they are too big...so bringing it home in the car is a nightmare. The kids working there did not even put the several cups of ice cream bought in a bag or offer spoons. I had to walk back down the counter from the checkout and grab the ice cream myself. The chocolate chip cookie dough had 2 pieces of cookie dough per one scoop, and the ice cream itself was too sweet. The mint chocolate chip (usually my favorite btw) tasted like chemical and car oil. The chocolate coconut was decent, but still not worth the $. Ice cream definitely far from "fresh, natural and tasting homemade" Moral of the story...save your money, go somewhere else. DON'T EVER GO HERE, horrible customer service. messed up our entire order gave us the wrong flavors and gave us cups when we ordered cones we even put our back up flavor and said contact us if it's not available, they did not contact us. When we called to try to fix the situation, they go wrong number and it sounded like a bratty teenager working there. I checked on three different websites and it was the correct phone number. I asked what their name was and they said "I don't know what your name" and laughed. read more

I enjoyed the brownie and my wife enjoyed the strawberry strawberries and cream. Unfortunately, for the workers if you are paying by credit card you cannot add a tip. You can only tip in cash which many people like myself don't carry anymore. We look forward to coming back. read more

The ice cream here tastes amazing--creamy, flavorful, and plenty of options to choose from. I definitely can't complain about the quality or taste. However, what left me confused and honestly disappointed was the pricing system. I ordered a simple cone with one scoop and was surprised to be charged $7. She could add the biggest one scoop to make sure the price is higher. There's no sign anywhere that indicates the cones are priced by weight, which is unusual for traditional scooped ice cream. I understand this method on the self-serve frozen yogurt side, but it doesn't make sense when you're handed a regular cone from behind the counter. For families or anyone on a budget, you're honestly better off grabbing cones and a few flavors from the supermarket, or even heading to Carvel, which offers great options (including non-dairy) at more predictable prices. Also if your customers are sitting eating their ice cream your employee SHOULD not come out with the winder to clean tables while we are sitting. It should be done when the customer leaves. read more

I loved this place but it's been real subpar lately, and my final straw is with how the staff and business functions. There is no flow of traffic, and the staff can't keep track of who's next in line even with 3 people in the building, so it's like a constant fight to get your order taken. Today I was in there with my wife when a Cuban lady from the Cuban restaurant in the plaza behind walked into the store. I knew this as she was still in uniform. As I started voicing my order to the young girl behind the counter, I was rudely interrupted by this obnoxious rude Cuban accent "2 scoops, 2 scoops, bowl" and the lady behind the counter started serving here right as I was telling her my order I was absolutely shocked and appalled! I said "are you kidding me?!" And the girl behind the counter had absolutely nothing to say. The customer service here is absolute dog s**t and with prices increasing and quality dropping, we will no longer be customers of this establishment. Remember, 1 ember can burn a whole forest. Nobody is perfect, but there is zero excuse for this. Managers/owners, train your staff better or pay more for better quality staff. read more

Horrible experience. We walked in and did not get acknowledged once. We stood there for about 5 minutes ready to order and the 2 employees had their backs turned to us and still had not said a single word as if we weren't standing there. One of the employees was standing on the line with her earbuds in talking on the phone. We then walked out without a single word spoken between the employees and us. Only giving it 4 starts because of the dye and price. The atmosphere and staff were welcoming the ice cream tasted great. They had a lot of sections to choose from as well. However, I spent $13 on 2 small ice creams (1 very small scoop in a cone and one in a cup) they did not have toppings. One of the ice creams was the cotton candy. You can see that ice cream from the front doors it's so bright. All the other flavors have somewhat normal colors and even the bright ones are dull compared to the cotton candy. I can't imagine the amount of dye that Ice cream has. It stains everything!!! Not to mention it will NOT come off of clothes or car seats, be warned!! 4 hours after eating the ice cream my grand sons teeth were still dyed bright pink and so were his hands and lips. Maybe they should decrease the amount of dye they put in it and stick with what their cups say "fresh NATURAL and homemade" Edit: CONTENT WARNING it has been 2 days since my grandson ate the cotton candy ice cream, best believe the first bowel movement he had was nothing shot of alarming for him when all he saw was red! We calmed him down and assured him it was the dye so when this happened on the second day he was more prepared. read more
