I needed a smog check done on my SUV. First I went to Red Hawk Auto because it was close to Walmart and I needed to do some shopping, they told me it would be 2 hours, AND it would be $59.99! I have never paid more than $40.00 for a smog check, EVER. So I got on yelp and looked for another smog place, kwik smog popped up right away, there was a coupon and it wasn't to far from my house. I left Red Hawk Auto and drove over to kwik, not only did they have my smog done in less than 15 minutes, but it was $36.00 total and that included the cert fee. The owner is super friendly! I really like that it is a test only center, no repairs are done there. Will definitely be returning here for any more smog checks! read more

Steve is great at customer service, and his associate Roger is very knowledgeable. I took him my 2001 convertible Fiero and Steve took care of me right away. My gas cap failed the smog test and Steve gave me a auto zone coupon, so the gas cap only cost me $6. Thanks again Steve! read more

Was a little thrown off upon arriving at location. Sign above store said Kwik smog, but Uhaul boxes and sign in the window. Upon entering, the gentleman behind the counter confirmed they are also Kwik smog, sharing a location. Both guys behind the counter were very professional and courteous. I was in and out, in less than 10 minutes. Definitely would use again and recommend to others. Coupon here can be used but was given the coupon price before even asking. Great test smog facility. read more

Ladies-if you your car must be Smog Inspected for your DMV renewal, this is the place! I always feel like the mechanics are trying to take advantage of me and my lack of mechanical experience. NOT SO at this center. They are professional, polite, took my coupon and it took all of 15 minutes and I was out the door. They have new equipment that is the fastest in Temecula. I took a book expecting a long wait. I got through a few pages and it was done. With my coupon the total was only$36.50-the best deal of the day. I highly recommend Kwic Smog Center on Jefferson, right across from Rosa's Mexican Cafe and Tortilla shop. An unexpected pleasure in customer service! read more

Kwic Smog, on the same side of the street as the pasta place and a stones throw away. I'm in from NV new in town and needed a smog check and cert, I have a 2004 4 Runner 4.7L V8 - 5 Speed OD Trans W/ 2 to 4WD. I called around town and got some gear head stories, and prices that were all over the road. Leave the bat in the truck, these guys were nice quick and had a great price - no games. After finding out I had to get my cars first smog I went searching online for prices and saw this place and also had been recommended here, and well I trust those who recommend places to me so I called in and they were able to get me in the same day which I was thankful for because I needed my car smogged since it was due the next day! Whew!. Made the drive out from corona to Temecula and actually was easy to get there. When I got there they took my car in right away. Waited in the waiting area and learned that its also a U haul which is good to know incase I need to rent one!. The man that works the front area was very nice! Asked if I wanted a soda or anything while I waited. Very clean and professional place. I definitely recommend this place and was very glad I was recommended here. Great deal for my smog! The location is between car dealerships on ynez & you could stay in the lobby while you wait on vehicle to be serviced or walk/uber to the mall to wait. Just a heads up, but this place has closed or moved…read more Unfortunately for me, they messed up my mom's wheelchair van when they installed the new transmission. I only found out how bad of a job they did once I took the van to a mobility dealer for routine maintenance. They had to drop the subframe to install the transmission, and when they put the subframe back on they overtorqued the bolts and incorrectly installed the spacers. So now I have to have a body shop re-weld new nuts onto the subframe, costing me thousands of dollars. So, if they are magically still around, I would love to know!

They are fair and trustworthy and will provide you with the attention and respect you deserve. They are co-located within the U-Haul Rental Center. These guys are amazing! My check engine light was on, they read the code and told me what the problem was. I replaced the 02 sensor and came back, still showing a problem. I replaced the 02 sensor again and came back, and they re-tested and it passed. Three times I went to see them and they treated me fantastic each time and only charged for one test which only took 10 minutes. read more
