Took my daughter here to get her first oil change in her car. They took her floor mats. Or i should say stole them. They took them out to vacuum the vehicle and lost them I asked were they were the said I dont know are you sure you have floor mats? Seriously like I dont know what in my vehicle. They refused to offer any resolution to the situation just rudeness. When I asked what are you going to do about these missing I was told it wasn't their problem. read more

Absolutely scamming on the state inspections. They' knew my vehicle was not going to pass and didn't tell me until after I was charged. They scammed me out of a windshield wiper that was torn by 1/4inch. Absolutely ridiculous. read more

Have used these guys for numerous oil changes and annual inspections over the years. Always friendly, fast and thorough service. Never pressured or upsold on anything that didn't need to be done. My goddaughter (19) took her car in for an oil change. They also performed an unauthorized radiator flush and charged her for it when it wasn't even a requested or suggested repair. When confronted they falsely claimed that they were told to do it. The car is also making a clicking noise when she accelerates. I would steer clear of these shady business practices and take your business elsewhere. read more

I went to get a simple oil change yesterday. I did agree to replacing the air filter, but by the time I paid out my bill went from a should be price of around $85, it went to $126. I was charged for a skid plate and a tire rotation, which I did not need or want. My questions are, 1) Is it their policy to charge for work that is not authorized? and 2) Is it their policy to take advantage of women and senior citizens? I feel that I am a victim of both. I have made up my mind that I will not be doing business with this company and will definitely not give them a good reference to family and friends. read more

Very disappointed with the customer service we received. Took my sons truck to get brakes done and once we left we realize the cap was missing. Went back up there and they said we must of lost it but yet the screws was still there so not sure how the screws would be there but no cap. Left knowing they was not willing to do anything or help with getting us a new one. read more

From the minute you get here, they act like they don't want your business. Their attitude is gruff and unfriendly. It's a very take it or leave it place. They are also insanely overpriced. What the Ford garage charges 45 dollars for (yes, full synthetic) they charged 109. Plus the waiting room stinks of cigarettes so bad, you can't stay inside. I wish I had known before, I would have kept driving. I'd encourage you to as well. And then to top it all off, I was a quart low after they charged me for an extra quart. Quick and easy. I was a little apprehensive to use these guys to get an alternator changed. My past experience with this brand, but not this particular store, was very expensive oil changes and telling me I need to get an oil flush completed on a car that's only a year old with regular oil changes. Again... not at this particular store. I just moved to Azle and didn't see many options available so I gave them a shot. They quoted me 2 hours labor ( a little difficulty to get to) and the part. I had already called Midas in Lake Worth and they quoted me at least 40% higher saying the part was going to be more than $300 for rebuilt. I called O'riley and they said $125 for rebuilt or $200 for new so I knew Midas was trying to screw me. Going into Kwik Kar I already had that information so I'd know if they were trying to take me on a ride. Luckily, quite the opposite happened. They gave me about the same numbers for the part as O'riley and the two hours labor sounded fair. Now I walked in knowing exactly what I needed fixed so no diagnostic was necessary. I can say I will definitely give them a thumbs up for regular auto repairs and fairness at this location. Can't vouch for diagnostic services but I'll at least give them a try for that too one day. Glad to have a decent company in my backyard. By the way, the 4 stars instead of 5 is because they didn't use disposable gloves when they handled the car and gave me my key so it had oil residue on it and the steering wheel. This is somewhat common but a pain for the consumer. Fix that and you've got 5 stars! read more

I went there for an oil change, which was advertised at 60 bucks .. Somehow paid twice that amount. The next time I went I clarified I wanted the oil change as advertised on the sign and received attitude in response .. And now, with still having 40% oil life, my car is telling me the levels are low .. This is the second time I started getting this message, post oil change from kwik kar .. Needless to say I won't be returning .. Great place for people who really don't pay attention to what their car is saying. Also, they didnt have any singles once to make change, guy at the counter asks the owner for singles to give me, owner says "give em quarters" .. So I took 4 dollars in quarters because I didn't have the energy to get into it with him .. Very long story short, the owner seems to have a tenuous grasp on ethics and morals, and sh*t trickles down so .. I wouldnt be surprised if the workers werent offered incentives to rip people off. read more

I have been coming here for my last about 4 oil changes. I drive a Hyundai Accent...hard to get any respect out here in this thing, and these guys treat me respectfully every time. Being new to Texas I have discovered the "bond of the Truck". Pickups rule...you have an econobox then you are out of place, no finger waves for you. No truck...no respect. That most of the times means NO SERVICE. Anyway they are always fast, courteous, have a nice quiet waiting area (with A.C.) and thank me for my business. Last time (today) I was in they even talked me OUT OF buying an air filter...fancy that. I turned my back on my dealership with guys like these...wind-up car approved! read more

Rude and deceptive, acted like there was no problem getting inspection, charged me and said car is being pulled around , as I'm handed keys to leave the inspector smiles and says" Only thing it failed on was tint, not quite enough light getting through." Reputable businesses tell you during the process if there is a problem, especially an obvious one, where they did not need to perform unnecessary labor and charge me, not to mention the rudeness of being informed of a problem after paying and walking out the door. read more

After having my oil changed they started the inspection process. Everything seemed to go well after I paid 85.00 for an oil change and inspection. As I was getting my car he preceded to tell me that my car failed due to the new law change in window tint. He should have told me prior to the inspection that it would not pass because of the new law. I called back and spoke to the manager who was very unprofessional after I told him my concerns. He said that once I handed him my insurance document the inspection process had started and there was no turning back. He had the car for an oil change and could have mentioned it at that time. After listening to him and got ready to ask another question he hung up on me. I have taken all my vehicles there for an oil change and inspection. I will never be back again. I tried to give zero stars but it wasn't an option~ The manager at this location is very rude and condescending! My 71 year old mother had her radiator replaced there 6 months ago. It is supposed to be under warranty. She had some other problems with her car that were possibly caused by the radiator and went to them to see about having it replaced. They've done nothing but give her the run around and put her off and keep telling her to come back. I guess her time is not as valuable as theirs! She keeps trying to get a hold of the manager and he is conveniently never available when she calls, so she went up there to wait and talk to him in person and he called the cops and said she wouldn't leave!!! All she wants is to be treated fairly and have the radiator thoroughly checked out as it should be. They were the ones who installed it. If its defective or they did something incorrectly, they should fix it, period. And the manager lied to her about some radiator people he was going to have come out and look at it. She called the #, and they only sell the parts, they don't come out. Lied to her face to get her out of there. Shes 71 and on ssi and cannot afford future problems caused by something that could be prevented now! They obviously care more about money and not about customer service or safety. And the LEAST they could do is be honest and not keep putting her off and telling her to come back like she has days and hours to just sit there. This IS NOT how you treat customers or people in general. They should be ashamed of themselves. We WILL be filing with the BBB. read more

I would not recommend taking your vehicle here to be serviced. The shop owner is very degrading and demeaning towards you if you question anything he does. He treats you like you are stupid, especially if you are younger and a female. I took my car to get an inspection and was told by 2 different technicians that they should not have inspected my car, however they did it anyways. This place is not worth anyone's time. read more
