It was my daughter's 1st haircut. 30 minutes later no one had gotten me and I was getting ready to leave. Sylists had been standing around chatting the whole time. A staff member came up and asked me if I was getting a cut for my daughter. I stated I had booked a cut for her and myself and was told "I know, we're trying to figure that out now." What? I booked 2 days ago, why is it being figured out now? Also, kind of rude reply, but whatever. A few minutes later a very nice stylist came and asked my daughter if she wanted a haircut. I mentioned I had wanted to go first so my daughter could see and was basically told no. So we went back to get my daughter's hair cut. About 15 minutes later another stylist came and grabbed me. So 45 minutes after my appointment time, my haircut started. I missed seeing my daughter get her first haircut and no one ever apologized or explained why there was a delay. The stylists were all nice, but I don't think there's much in the way of organization present at this salon. And the communication was terrible. I sincerely regret coming here.

They even showed me some different extensions I was looking into and gave some really good advice on what I could get done in the future. She was able to get me in the same day (during my lunch hour no less) and did a fantastic job.
