I wanted to go have them inspected to make sure that everything was working properly. They did a quick inspection and told me that I still had quite a bit of life left in my brake pads and rotors. Eventually the back brakes needed to be replaced sooner but I could wait a little bit if I wanted to. I told the gentleman that I would aim for the fall to get the back brakes done. It's refreshing to meet an honest mechanic who could have sold me new brakes that I didn't need and made some quick money off of me.

I recently had my vehicle serviced here. While the repair itself was completed, I was very…read moredisappointed with the communication and customer service throughout the process. A straightforward question about arranging service turned into an unnecessarily confrontational and combative interaction on more than one occasion. I later contacted the owner to address my concerns. His response focused on the timing of the vehicle's arrival and the impact on the technicians, as well as the possibility that there had been a misunderstanding regarding the towing company's guidelines, which was not the case. My concerns about the way I was treated during the interaction were never addressed, nor was my subsequent follow-up acknowledged at all. Since that interaction, I have received two additional messages in less than 24 hours regarding pickup of my vehicle, both requesting a callback. This level of repeated contact was not part of my prior interactions with the shop and was completely unnecessary. One call providing the repair information, estimated cost, and pickup details should have been sufficient. Good automotive service isn't just about completing the repair. Customers should also be treated with courtesy and professionalism. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this business. If you value courtesy, professionalism, respect and restraint, then choose another shop.

Someone had stolen my catalytic converter. I brought my car to a different autoshop to replace it…read morefor $1,000. Immediately after my car was returned to me, the engine light kept blinking. I took it back to the other autoshop and they told me I had an internal engine problem and that it would cost me $4,000 to fix it. My engine only had 100,000 miles on it and this other autoshop were offering to replace it with an engine with 96,000 miles...for $4,000. It just didn't make sense; in one month, pay out $5,000 for my car? My sister told me about Clovers Collision. I brought my car here and they told me that the new parts placed for my catalytic converter were aftermarket parts (or something like that), and that their manual said to only use parts from Jeep. Clovers Collision did something ( I can't quite explain it cause I'm not a car aficionado). Bottom line, there was no internal engine problem. They fixed the issue for less than $300!
