If I could give this place a negative star, I would. The experience that I had with this place has…read morebeen unbelievable. I had my vehicle towed to this repair shop due to issues with my rear differential on my 2011 F150. While my vehicle was on there property my catalytic converters were stolen (so they claim). I filed an insurance claim because of the theft, then I paid to have the converters replaced and the differential repaired. I asked the manager several times if I could see the security camera footage that would have clearly shown the converters being stolen, however, I was never allowed to see the footage. The total repair cost was over $3900. After giving these people my hard earned money (All I had) two days later my check engine light came on. I took the truck back to the shop and told the manager about my issue. The mechanic ran a diagnostic on the check engine light code and determined that the issue was the catalytic converters. The mechanic told me at that time that it was the catalytic converters so I go back into the shop and I speak to the manager, and the manager says well. We have to look at it further to see what's wrong with the catalytic converters you can bring it back tomorrow. I come back the next day thinking that it was going to be a simple process where they would just fix whatever is wrong, being that I already paid them to fix the issue, two days prior. So they hoisted up my truck then the manager came to me after about 15 minutes of looking at the truck and says that I need new turbos. I tell the manager there was no issue with the turbo's prior. His response to me was we don't know that we don't know what issues it had prior mind you they were the ones who worked on the truck and actually had the vehicle in their possession for two weeks while doing the repairs. Never once did they mention anything about turbos. The manager became very rude and immediately told me you need new turbos and I'm not paying for turbos to be put on your truck so there's nothing we can do for you. You paid us to fix the catalytic converters. We did that and now you have another issue however, the code on the check engine light says that the catalytic converters are not efficient. The code on the check engine light said nothing about turbos. The vehicle wasn't losing any power. It wasn't backfiring. It wasn't smoking. It wasn't doing anything that would indicate that there was an issue with the turbos. After going back-and-forth with a manager for a short time, he then tells me you need to get out or I'm going to call the police. I then called the police myself and told him I was not going anywhere and that I would wait for the police. I've been waiting for the police to show up. The police made a report told me that they couldn't do much because it was a civil matter, but that I definitely should take them to civil court. The police asked to see video from their security camera showing the theft of my catalytic converters. The shop manager stated that the video was no longer available and had been erased from that day so they would not be able to see that video. I took my vehicle to another repair shop for a second opinion. The second Repair shop looked at my vehicle and said that the issue was the catalytic converters and that the vehicle had no issues with the turbos the catalytic converters that were put on the vehicle were not efficient!!! I've been called the manager back and told him this information right there in the second Repair shop, right in front of the repair shop owner, and the manager of Precision Tune auto repair told me that the reason the catalytic converters they put on were not efficient, is because I did not pay enough to get good ones, so they put the "aftermarket" converters on there because that's all I paid for and if I wanted to get good catalytic converters I had to pay more money! This was absolutely ridiculous. The owner of the second shop I went to for the second opinion was floored at the managers response. He felt so bad for me that he kept apologizing, even though he wasn't the one who caused the issue. I went back to Precision tune, in hopes of getting my vehicle fixed correctly, like I paid good money to have done but instead the manager pulled out mace on me cursed me out and told me to get off of there property. PLEASE DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS!!!! THIS PLACE IS FULL OF GREEDY SCAMMERS AND DISHONEST, DISRESPECTFUL PEOPLE.

He gave me the BEST DEAL out there, he worked so well with me, was completely understanding and even offered to show and teach me how he did the work. When he found other issues with the car I was like "Shit, now this is going to cost me $200 more dollars (based on experience from other mechanics of course)?" But no, he slashed that price by 75%. I certainly plan on going to him again in the near future to get more work done!
