"Joe" the pharmacist on duty informed them that they had no insurance info on file so he didn't fill it. They explained that the prescription had been filled previously so they should have the info. He abruptly said they had nothing. When presented with their insurance info, he said it wasn't valid and was denied. After getting the info confirmed from the primary insured parent, he still would not accept. My grandchild called the insurance company and he refused to talk to them on their phone and insisted something changed with the insurance since the last refill. After a call directly to him from the insurance company he finally agreed to fill it. I complained about his attitude and told him he needed to work on his customer service . At this point he threatened to not give them the medication unless I left! It took over an hour to get a simple refill . Worst attitude in an employee I have encountered in a very long time. This business has a propane filling station where you can bring your portable propane cylinders for…read morerefilling. Apparently this station is not a service during all business hours. We stopped today to have two cylinders refilled and were told by the attendant that she could not fill the tanks for us because they do not have people on staff to do it. I can say that in the same general area there is Center Valley Convenience and they refill propane cylinders during business hours regardless of temperature outside or number of staff on shift. If your going further South, Ace Hardware on Northland in Appleton also refills these during any business hours.

My daughter bought me a $35 Amazon gift card from Woodman's for Mother's Day. Unfortunately, the card was accidentally thrown away because it was still inside the envelope. The very next day, when I went to add the gift card to my Amazon account, we realized the envelope was gone. My daughter contacted Woodman's and was told to contact Amazon. Amazon said they could not help without the gift card serial number, which was not printed on the receipt, and told us to go back to Woodman's. I then called Woodman's with the original receipt and asked if they could help locate the serial number or provide any assistance. They refused to help, even after the issue was escalated to the corporate level. Update: After writing the review, someone from Woodman's did help us out. We appreciate the help. If the people at the store and corporate were as nice, I would have given an excellent experience. I enjoy the variety that Woodman's carries.
