I stopped by yesterday after receiving a coupon for 20.18 off my next oil change. When I arrived, I was told that the coupon only covered the oil changes starting at $60 and above. Seriously $60 for an oil change? I told them that I wasn't interested anymore, so they allowed me to use the coupon for the basic oil change ($40). The employee acted like I was stupid for not reading the fine print. I won't be returning. read more

Five stars all the way. After Midas on McCart Avenue quoted me $62 for an oil change (obviously thinking I'm a stupid woman), I came here to Jiffy Lube and was accepted with smiles from all the workers and offered free snacks, coffee and bottled water in the waiting room. They rotated my tires and performed my oil change quickly and did NOT try to screw me over. They did attempt to add an additional service (although not pushy at all) via changing the air filter but it was a valid recommendation...they showed me the overly-dirty filter. When I went to get my tags renewed 7 months ago, I was told I needed a new air filter. I was cool with that; maybe I did, maybe I didn't, I know they don't make any money on state inspections. Then I was told that one of my fluids, can't remember exactly which he said, was "thick and goopy", $100.00. Told him I didn't have time that day and I'd be back. Forward 7 months later, (ya, I know),I've got grinding with my rear brakes, I take it back to the same shop and say I need my oil changed and retold the conversation I had 7 months earlier. Dude checked my oil, brake fluid and coolant, guess what needed to be changed? Not a damned thing. My coolant was low, oil still has about 1000 miles, brake fluid is very clean, tranny fluid is a sealed system and can only be checked from underneath, dude never went under my car. So, I tell the guys that I'll be back on Sunday for my brakes, they said cool. I even point blank asked one of the guys if he would be there on Sunday and he says yes. I walk in on Sunday around 1030 and the kid behind the counter had his feet up playing on his phone; never even looked up when the door opened and finally acknowledged me when I got to the counter. I tell him why I'm there and he says those guys aren't here and the one coming in doesn't do brakes, we send everyone to the Summer Creek location. No apologies, nothing. Are you kidding me? I head down to the other location, got there at 11. I finally ended up by leaving around 315 with new rear brakes. I have to say the guys at the Summer Creek location were very nice, but it took way too long.  Come on JiffyLube. Do BETTER. Is this how you treat potential customers? Or did I just get crappy service because I'm female? I'll never go back to the first store and will make it a point to never recommend it to anyone else. What a joke. read more

Great service!!!. Will always come to this jiffy to get my oil changed! Was greeted immediately and waited no longer than 30 minutes.

So when going to get my oil changed, I am fully aware that I could go to cheaper places, but I will always go to Jiffy Lube because they are nice and I have never had an issue. Today, I came in at 7:10 when they close at 7:30 and was still treated so nicely. I said I'm sorry to be the person coming in right at close. The guy said "don't be sorry, you're the reason we have jobs, it's no problem". They also do military and student discount, and if there's a coupon that's better price they tell you about that. They also check and top off all my fluids. I will gladly pay a little more to have a better experience and not wait all day. read more

When I went a couple of weeks ago to get a oil change they asked me if I wanted to replace my air filer which I said yes since we were going on A trip the following day. That same day we noticed a weird sound but didn't nothing of it come to find out 3 weeks later they had completely forgotten to put the air filer on the car. Called the next morning to customer service and they asked me to come in Friday to receive my refund of oil change plus air filer. Which I was happy with but I was still treated wrong by the jiffy lube manager, he asked why I never noticed it about it being missing, which I would say why didn't they notice I paid for a service that wasn't even performed. Next thing is I would of thought they would change the oil since dirty got in it but no only quick search and that's it. I was really disappointed with the service and the manager. I also forgot to add that I called before going and the manager once I told him they didn't put air filter in the car and I quote said did you even buy it at all. Not the best customer service. I appreciate the refund but they couldn't of done more to insure that my car wants damaged due to their mistake. read more

Fast service. Met my car. Escorted me to clean, quiet (no blaring TV) waiting room. Performed affordable Lube Service, suggested a few upgrades but was NOT pushy. Answered several questions I had about upcoming inspection. Fast. efficient knowledgeable. Cleaned car inside and out. Even left untouched a large stash of quarters I had in the console! I have been to many such operations. This is only the second one that went through the services provided line by line to let me know exactly what was done. EXTRAS: During the first 3,000 miles after the lube they offer an oil top up, cleaning and tire pressure check free!! Recommend them highly! read more

We went here because we purchased a $19 Groupon. We ended up paying $50 because we didn't read the fine print about an upcharge for synthetic oil which was our fault. They even helped me out with the smallest things that no other place would care to do like helping me get a sticker off of my car that was tearing and hard to get off!! Horrible place. They just want your money and don't want to work for it. We came in with a Groupon and they tried to convince us we had to pay an additional $20-30 because we needed synthetic oil (which we didn't). When they finally did the oil change they didn't vacuum the floors like is advertised for the standard oil change. When they looked at the cabin air filter they took everything out of one of my front consuls and didn't bother to put it back in. I came back to the car with napkins and important papers crumpled up all over the floor along with one of their rags that they left. Come on, people.... read more

Please stay away from this store. I have taken 3 different cars here and for every one, they tell me my car needs synthetic oil. Today, when I showed them the owners manual and how my car didn't need synthetic, they told me that was all they have, so I could get synthetic, or nothing. Bought a Groupon for Jiffy Lube. When I pulled up, someone met me immediately at my car. He let me know right away that there were 3 cars in front of me and asked if waiting 30 minutes was okay for me. I agreed & he was right on point with the estimated wait, which I appreciated. There was free coffee in the air conditioned waiting room, nothing fancy but good. The music playing in the background was a good volume and when they finished my car, they pulled it around for me, vacuumed & with the windows also cleaned. All of the staff were extremely attentive, polite, & professional. They did encourage me to purchase some additional services/parts but were helpful, not pushy. read more

If you could give zero stars I would. Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. They are shady and try to up sell and lie to you telling you it has to be done to pass inspection. Then when you ask for proof that is state law they tell you it is only suggested. They rip everything out of the glove box and leave the car a mess. Then as soon as you are having issues the manager of the store chooses to go to lunch even though he knows there is a problem. DO NOT go to Jiffy Lube. Save your money and choose a better place that will treat you like a human read more

Took my car for its first service outside of the dealership this morning. Glad I did; service was faster and cheaper than what I had been paying. heads up on the jiffy lube lingo..if u ever drive your own car in and stay In the car and hear some one call out "CODE BLUE" that means they are NOT changing your old oil filter..and if u hear "DUMP AND PUMP" that means allll they doing is your oil change not topping of fluids etc!! read more

I back ed up then noticed a another car had just pulled in and was immediately ushered in to the stall! Nonetheless, I decided that this place was not with my money. DANGER! DISHONEST! I tried to get my car state inspected today, and they said I failed due to faulty wipers, trying to sell me a new set. I called out the inspector on it, telling him the wipers were new, and I never even saw him turn them on. (I watch through the window while my car is worked on). I think it ticked him off because in the end he failed me for the wipers AND a faulty tire. My Tires are ALL BRAND NEW, I went to Discount and told them what the inspector said and they said there was absolutely nothing wrong with any of my tires and they'd put it in writing. I've already logged a formal complaint with the Texas DPS. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS! DISHONEST! read more

A simple oil change. That was my intent as I pulled into this establishment. Perhaps 10 minutes of my life for routine maintenance for my truck. Here I sit now with my key broken in the ignition, and crew members scrambling to right the wrong that's been done. Never again. I understand that things happen, but the manner in which these employees maneuvered through it was offensive and negligible. Random objects being placed in my ignition, men with screwdrivers removing parts. All of this without a word of consent, with out a single apology. I continue to sit here, and now watch as they somehow start my truck with a foreign implement of some sort, and Pull it around the business because, "it's blocking traffic and our other customers gotta get out." The icing on the cake came as aside, one of the crew members talking to I other stating..." If his truck wasn't old as @$&% maybe the key wouldn't have broke, that's why I hate working on POSes like this." Im not sure about many people, but it's nothing like a personal insult to make the day a bit brighter. My only succor lay in the hopes that others will read this post and be warned about associating the idea of a "quick oil change" and this Jiffy Lube. An upside however happened As the day came to an end, the manager new to the store, with a stoic face, reminded me that I should comeback in 5k miles and he'll give me half off on my oil change. Wish I could start over at another location. Service was friendly and courteous but after I left found my ford covered in greasy handprints all over the steering wheel, gearshift, door handles, fenders and hood. Also the windows looked worse after they were cleaned with a greasy rag, and my seat had been completely moved out of position. This is severely annoying since I don't have memory settings. I had to pull over to clean off my black hands. Add insult to injury and dripped oil on my brand new garage floor. I have NEVER had oil drip to this extent after an oil change. Brought my car in today to get a routine state safety inspection. The shop was not that busy which should of been a good sign to keep driving by. After I pulled up and was greeted by a technician they took my keys and led me to the waiting area. There was already a gentleman getting his car inspected and was waiting in the room as well. 25 minutes passed by and I engaged in small talk with him. He has mentioned he was here for 40 minutes and had to drive his own car onto the dyno because they could not operate a manual transmission vehicle. another 15 minutes passed and he rang out and was on his way. Great I thought, I would be next. However another car pulled up and they started his oil change right away. I started to get up to complain but thought maybe this person had called ahead. after 4 more cars came through all getting oil changes I felt I had enough of waiting. I walked into the repair area and demanded my keys back. The tech started complaining to me about only having 2 people. I explained I had ben here for an hour and a half and they had serviced all these other cars before me. He went on to explain that the oil changes were profitable where my state inspection was not. After he argued with ME for 5 minutes he threw my keys at me. I plan on calling the the corporate office to complain about the tech and I will no longer offer my business to such rude people.
