I went in for a State Inspection. While in line, I had three people come ask me what I was there for (still the State Inspection each time). Two of the three moved me around in the line, only to have it undone by someone else. What turned me off is that they tried to sell me a coolant flush and fill. Extremely disappointed in this place!! Came for an oil change and I feel like I was conned, was talked into the extended oil offer and that I can just come in in several thousand miles to get topped off, so when I came to get topped off I was told no because I still have plenty of oil, my car registered at 40 percent, so I wanted to get topped off for a long road trip and instead the man tried a sales pitch on something else. I'm giving four stars for the service alone. This location was very busy when I arrived and I sat in line for 20 to 30 minutes waiting. I was offered a water which was very nice. Once I got into the bay to have the oil change done, it took another 20 to 30 minutes so I was there for an hour altogether, which was unexpected. But the service was outstanding, they never let themselves get frustrated or anything. It was packed with cars and they had two new employees that they were training so it took a little bit longer than usual. I didn't because they were very respectful using like "yes sir "and "yes ma'am ", they also offered everyone water and apologized for the wait. Oil change was good, they recommend cabin filter to be changed , so they replaced it. Paid for everything and left, turned on A/C after cabin filter was replaced made a loud noise. Went back to Hulen and asked my technician could he check the install and let him hear how loud it was. His response was I can't do anything about that you need to call the dealership, I said it wasn't loud until you changed the cabin filter, his response was there it nothing he could do, and offered me a bottle of water and went back to work. State inspection I have been to this location three times to get my car inspected and each time the "Inspector" is not working. Yesterday i was told he would available tomorrow before 3:00pm so i arrived at 2:04 and was told by the inspector PRESTON , "I am leaving at 2:30 so no I will not do your inspection today". I come here for oil changes in both of my vehicles. This second time I've noticed that my vehicle was serviced after several others who came after me. No explanation offered just dumb looks when I brought it to their attention as if they didn't know what I was talking about. Came in for a synthetic oil change. Pulled into the line at 12:36. Pulled into the empty bay at 1:00. As of 1:30. No service has been performed on my vehicle. Not one employee said one word to me. They just kept walking past me to hand out water bottles to those who were behind me. One employee is on the phone, one is actually working. 1:39. Still no help. They bypass my vehicle and go to the bay next to me. This is some ridiculous nonsense. 1:41, still being ignored. This is the slowest service that I have ever experienced. Then Will came to welcome me and get all my vehicle information with his recommendation of the oil needed. NO pressure. I waited for an hour for an oil change at the Fort Worth, TX location on Hulen (76123). 3 employees were there. 2 working on one car at a time (maybe due to training purposes. The other (not sure if manager) kept walking around NOT WORKING, but was on speaker phone getting a quote for a personal matter..he made sure to let his co-workers know that they were going to charge him $700 I believe for a messed up thermostat. Another employee arrived eventually but no work progress picked up. I called jiffy lube while parked in the service bay and asked was there a wait there. They said no ma'am and to come on in. I asked a take 5 worker to guide me out as to not mess my car up. I left. Got my oil changed at jiffy down the way in 15 mins with $30 off after hearing my story from my trip to Take 5. Every time I use Take 5 the service gets slower and slower. Ughh must be a sign. This last time was ridiculous especially with all the workers present! Maybe they are under new management. Be prepared to wait! At this location, there is no such thing as a ten minute oil change. I was third in line and waited an hour and fifteen minutes while they serviced one car. Three cars that arrived after me were serviced and sent on their way while I waited. Yes, they were lined up in different service bays , but shouldn't they have some way of monitoring who has been there longer, like a first-come, first-served method of servicing their customers ??? I drive 2019 ford 150 and I learned when I went there since 2015 oil pans are made from plastic and have a different style of drain plug and they informed me they didn't have any but if I went and got one they would do the oil change and they even informed me of were an auto zone was so we went and got what we thought was the right plug and then went back they then politely told me it was the wrong plug and then informed me as of why which was greatly appreciated but then they found the plug they needed it was just miss placed which happens no big deal I pulled in and they flew threw the oil change checked all my fluid topped off my windshield wiper fluid checked tire pressure they even showed me my air filter which was cleaner than I thought it would be and they even did my state inspection they worked as a great team of guys it was like being in NASCAR and they were my Pit team it was great I had my dog in the car and they gave me and my dad a bottle of water and when we left they gave my dog a few dog trays great group of guys I would recommend this place to anyone that needs a fast and efficient oil change they even checked for leaks you don't find customer service like this very often anymore read more
