But then I met Amy, who was incredible and I would schedule directly with her so it worked well. But then she went on vacation and never came back. So I started seeing Chloe, who was also great. But same thing... vacation, never came back. Then Vincent... then Tiffany... not sure what this pattern means but either way... I'm writing the review because I called today for an appointment and set it up. I arrived on time and it was like I had never called. 40 minutes later, everyone is still busy and not able to take me. My issue is, they never should have made the appointment. If they knew they were understaffed or running behind, they could've told me. So, I'll be moving on to a new salon. I got excited with the recent remodel, but doesn't seem like there's much improvement. I hope they figure out better systems soon.

She listens to what you want, clarifies with you to make sure she understands, and when she says she is taking off an inch, it's an inch. Not an inch and a half to two inches. She also takes me on time and has never canceled on me. Her bubbly personality makes me look forward to seeing her every time I return. The prices are really reasonable too. That was important. So now for the hold off on the star. The owner sees dollar signs in everyone that walks in - if you know this ahead of time you can prepare yourself. Read on: The first 2 times I was duped in to additional services that I did not request nor did I know about until I paid at the end and wondered why my bill was so high. In asking what I was paying for I found that the first time it was for a pre-treatment & after treatment since they dyed my whole head to get it all one base color. Then the second time was an additional conditioner added after she washed and conditioned my hair. So now that I was educated, I asked them not to add anything on unless it was shown to me and approved by me. Haven't had an issue since. Still go there and will continue to. It's nice to be pampered and enjoy a glass of wine while your hair is getting done!

I tried to remain patient while my nails were redone multiple times, but the polish continued to bubble and crack. Even after several attempts, the final result was uneven, inconsistent, and did not match the colors I originally selected. The salon initially offered 10% off a future service, but that offer was withdrawn after I requested a refund for the $15 chrome upgrade that had not been done correctly. Because I had received a 5% cash discount on the original purchase, I was refunded only $14. Regardless of the calculation, the entire interaction felt frustrating after spending so much time trying to get the service corrected. Unfortunately, the problems continued after I left. The nails that had been repeatedly redone began cracking shortly afterward, and they felt noticeably thin from being worked on so many times. At that point, the service felt like a complete waste of both time and money. The most disappointing part was not simply that mistakes happened, but that multiple attempts to fix them still did not produce acceptable results. I also did not feel that the customer-service response appropriately reflected the amount of time I spent there or the poor final outcome. Based on the quality, durability, and handling of the situation, I would not return. I hope the salon improves its quality-control process, limits repeated filing when a service is not working, and handles refunds and corrections more consistently.
