Since we purchased this machine, we have gone through unbelievable equipment malfunctions. Whereas it has not even been able to complete 1 job, in facing continuous breakdowns. We have already spent over $10,000.00 in repairs, from reputable repair facilities, and we cannot afford to continue spending money on a machine, which there is no guarantee after the 10th repair it will finally be the final repair to bring to proper working condition. This machine was purchased by Pro Quip LLC at an equipment surplus auction and resold to my company within days of their purchase. Additionally, it was advertised as a "fully serviced" 2019 Takeuchi TL-6 Turbo 2 Speed." When in fact it is a 2018 Takeuchi TL-6 Turbo 2 Speed, not serviced. It briefly worked for the 3-minute original purchase demonstration, at the Pro Quip LLC facility. However, once it was put to practical use in the field, it would overheat along with many other issues. My company has filed a lawsuit against Pro Quip LLC (Case # COCE24021907 in Broward County, Florida). Additionally, they have a disclaimer on there website regarding the machines they sell. Which states that they wont warranty anything and cant even confirm the information they are providing; such as the Year, Make, Hours, or Model is accurate. How is this business, in business??

For the play area side we chose the middle one and for the other side of the house we chose the lower end as it is just AC unit. Both look and feel great and have a nice quality. Easy to clean with taking a hose to wash off and even if something is sitting on the turf for awhile, once removed, the turf pops back to its original fluff. They lied!!! I live in Oregon and bought this car in good faith sight unseen with only pictures sent, and they claimed were a reputable dealer. The car had grill and fog light damage, there were spot welds visible on left rear fender panel where someone must have tried to fix something, the windshield was damaged and showed etching around entire edges and had rock chip on drivers side and needed replacement, the holly carburetor was ruined by metal wire tying open the flap causing it to burn rich, the tires were old outdated and unsafe which caused a tire tread to come off after taking car for a short test drive which damaged the entire front quarter panel and wheel well. The restoration shop I took this Roadrunner to stated someone had applied bondo in areas and did not correctly fix some prior damage or clean up properly by evidence of patching on the car, and the windshield was glued and not sealed causing water leaks thru holes around frame, so Car Toys falsely fabricated the condition of car which has cost me over $20,000 to fix at my expense. The tow truck company filmed all this damage at pickup to avoid liability of a claim by me, and I only found this out after this car was delivered to me in Oregon from pick up at Street Toys Auto in Pompano Beach Florida. Stay clear and do not be scammed into buying a vehicle from Street Toys Auto Collection Reggie or John as a so-called classic car Dealer, or you may end up with a car having problems and damage with patch work so they can falsely represent the vehicle condition to make a profit knowing they won't receive recourse or lawsuit from customers selling as is condition.

At first they seemed to work with us to get the issue resolved, once they had the mower in the shop they started to try to tell us that the battery was bad, even though the mower was less than 9 months old and that the blades were worn. It took over 6 weeks for them to get the warranty repairs done on the mower and when we got the mower back we inspected the "worn blades" that they stated they were gong to sharpen and the blades were never touched. then the battery that they said had to come from cub cadet costing $134.38 I found on line at batteries plus for $89. When I brought the issue with the blades not being sharpened, which they invoiced us for, they stated oh well and that they could not take the service off of the invoice because it was part of the service fee. The battery that they said had to come form cub cadet was the exact same battery that I found at batteries plus. Because Burkhards is the only cub cadet service provider in my area I was FORCED to use them to cover the warrantied motor problem. I WILL NEVER go back to them for any servicing of my mower as they under perform and lie about services provided.
