I had a Home Inspection done prior to the purchase of a condo. I received my report and invoice via email. The report stated that the inspection was for ONE 4 ton AC unit The only item that needed attention was: Low voltage wire on roof. After closing, I had a firm come out to repair the "Low voltage wire on roof". I found out from them that I actually have a 3 and a 4 ton Heat Pump on this condo. The "Low voltage wire on roof" was that the complete wiring harness had no insulation due to the sun. I was advised that the 4 ton unit had been overcharged to provide cooling and both units should be replaced. I did get a second opinion which was the same. I did have both units replaced. I don't think the report was accurate nor complete. I WOULD NOT USE THIS FIRM. read more

Kyle and Jarret showed up on time to install our American Standard 18 SER. Variable Speed Platinum Series Air Conditioner and Heating Unit. They are very professional, courteous and patient when it comes to answering question us lay people ask, right. They are very organized, clean and clean up entire area on which they were working. I also dealt with Garret Cosgrove, there spokesperson at Trilogy at Vistancia. He is very honest, sincere and extremely helpful when looking at air conditioning needs. He is not pushy, very patient and great st follow-up and follow through. A couple of things to keep in mind, it takes pretty much all day for the install, be patient and understand the pickup of the old unit may not happen till the next day. So be it. Also the repair, finishing work on the entry to the attic is done by a finishing carpenter and that needs to be scheduled so there are a lot of moving parts be patient, kind and goods things will come your way from this great privately owned business. Kyle needs to update his photo as he now has 4 youngsters to occupy his spare time. He is also a Marine Veteran. Thanks for your service! Give them a shout. I called Kyle after hours on Thursday, he had a technician over here the following morning at 10AM Exactly on time. Kaden did an incredible job for me, he diagnosed the problem which there were quite a few ( to include a new circuit board), ordered the part, went and picked up the part, installed the part and worked on it during one of the hottest days we've had this summer. We all know how it goes in the "Valley of the Sun"... It's 115 outside and your air conditioner decides to take a dump. The "good, decent, honest" guy you normally use has either gone out of business, moved, or gone to work for one of his competitors. You're stuck calling one of the "Valleywide" big guys that you see advertising on TV (and those commercials ain't cheap). Either that or you ask your neighbor or coworker, or jot down the number of the HVAC van you see driving by on your way to work. Then you have to listen to all their doom and gloom and all the reasons why you NEED to buy an annual service contract. Then they go into why the estimate's so high and how you need things that YOU know aren't the problem, blah, blah, blah... You know the drill. You feel like you've been molested by a predator but then do whatever they say to GET THE AIR BACK ON! As they say, when there's sh*t in the bathtub, you don't care what the plumber charges! Those guys prey on the desperation of scorching hot Valley residents. I sincerely hope that Kyle (and his tech Chad) stay in business for a good, long time. Kyle Wilson Air Conditioning recently replaced our AC and heating system in our home in Peoria. First of all, Kyle was there to personally oversee the entire project which was completed in less than a full day. The installation and cleanup went smoothly, including the crane which was arranged by Kyle due to our narrow side yard access. They use American Standard which are quality systems made by the same corporation that makes Trane systems. Kyle himself was involved in all aspects of putting the system in our home, and he personally came by several times after the installation was complete to address some issues we had. I called Kyle on Saturday at 11am, my tenants called me that the AC was not working I did call him and he was able the come the same day between 1pm-2pm. I was surprised that he responded to fast and was able to come and fix it the same day. I was lucky since it seems like he mostly works in the West Valley and my house was in Glendale.The cost of service and the parts were a little higher than I expected but I am not sure because it was repaired so fast. read more

Called this company because I had a leak running outside the house. The technician arrived and was more concerned about servicing my units than finding the source of the leak. He did blow out the lines (sending debris up through my bathroom sinks), but it didn't solve the leak. Turned out, I had a bad coil and a corroded pan!? Would not recommend. read more

I have Kyle come out twice to my home. Once was a tuneup which was done quickly and efficiently. Kyle recommended some services that maybe coming up but at no time pressured me to do anything. I had a compressor blow out on me, and Kyle was the only person I called who was able to get there within a few hours to quickly diagnose the problem and give me some very affordable options on how to fix it. It turns out I needed a new unit, and his quote was well below (~$1500) all of the others I received for a brand new American Standard/Trane unit. Kyle and his associate were able to change out the unit in an hour and a half and he was more than professional throughout the entire process.
