Trent arrived Wednesday morning ready to tackle the problem. He spent an hour patiently troubleshooting all possibilities. He was competent and thorough. He didn't mind me hovering a bit so as to learn what I could while he worked. He took the time check each different component as they kept checking out OK. He could have gave up and tried shotgunning parts I guess but didn't. Eventually, using a pressure manometer he found the incoming gas pressure was too low to initiate firing up (Even though you could smell the gas when it tried to fire up). Walking back to the side of house near the PGE gas meter we found a second shut-off valve (there is a shut-off valve at the heater) that had PARTIALLY gotten turned. Problem solved. After years of ill-feelings from my experience with pool contractors in general it was great to find Executive Pool & Spa. Promptness, knowledge, integrity, courtesy all get an A+ from me.

She made me feel comfortable with buying the product & being important (sole owner) With Covid turn around time was a few months out but Mercedes was on top with their inventory and found a GRANDEE model that was a good color fit for my house. Obviously special order with colors could be months out. I bought GRANDEE with all the bells and whistles BUT to be an very easy product t maintain. Delivery was good with exception that my person did not measure correctly and installers had to remove my side fence ($100 more) and paid on spot. MUST MUST ensure your entrance will work for spa & your concrete slab area is large enough to accommodate. This was my own mess BUT installers made it work out. I had 2 frantic calls to Mercedes who immediately was on call (now her work days) to answer my questions. This is how helpful she is!! The home setup once filled with water was pretty simple. Ensure you have the steps for the products to set your water balancing etc I am happy with this model. Definitely roomy. The jets are hard pressure when adjusted so I am happy, The seats are deep enough for adults. And of course the kids think it's a warm pool. I would recommend Mercedes to help anyone who is looking.

To make it functional, they placed the stove on bricks until a permanent solution could be obtained. The business clearly took responsibility for the mistake and said they would "make it right and we mistakenly took them at their word and paid them in full. Needless to say, out stove is still up on bricks and after contacting them countless times, we still have no resolution to problem. The owner, Chris even hung up on us. We have taken matters into our own hands and will be seeking restitution for our costs through the court system. Do yourself a favor and choose another company, they do not stand behind their work and customer service is non existent. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

When I called they said bring the plant to the shop (keep it outside though, to contain exposure). So I did. They gave a full refund and even sent me home with a little bag of powder to keep all of my other plants healthy if they came down with spider mites (which thankfully none did). Great service. Super great with plant information AND they just opened a whole new section of their store up!! For inside plants!! Beautiful, large plants. All well potted and kept well. Highly recommend. All of the plants I have bought from them have done beautifully. (Picture below are two plants purchased from them, neon Pothos and String of Bananas. Both extremely happy, healthy plants!) For those wondering, they also have a wide variety of other supplies. Fertilizers, trimmers, garden decor, soil, outdoor garden plants and small fruit trees.
