Initially I spoke with Mike & then felt the most fit with Mercedes who I actually bought from. She is so personable and honest. I got a good feeling with her. She was an expert on her spa products. She made me feel comfortable with buying the product & being important (sole owner) With Covid turn around time was a few months out but Mercedes was on top with their inventory and found a GRANDEE model that was a good color fit for my house. Obviously special order with colors could be months out. I bought GRANDEE with all the bells and whistles BUT to be an very easy product t maintain. Delivery was good with exception that my person did not measure correctly and installers had to remove my side fence ($100 more) and paid on spot. MUST MUST ensure your entrance will work for spa & your concrete slab area is large enough to accommodate. This was my own mess BUT installers made it work out. I had 2 frantic calls to Mercedes who immediately was on call (now her work days) to answer my questions. This is how helpful she is!! The home setup once filled with water was pretty simple. Ensure you have the steps for the products to set your water balancing etc I am happy with this model. Definitely roomy. The jets are hard pressure when adjusted so I am happy, The seats are deep enough for adults. And of course the kids think it's a warm pool. I would recommend Mercedes to help anyone who is looking. read more

My husband and I went to purchase a hot tub here at The Hot Tub Store in Vacaville .Mercedes was amazing and so was her daughter they did a great job great. We ordered our hot tub and we were told that it would take a couple months to receive it. We get a phone call within three weeks stating we will receive our hot tub sooner than we thought we literally ordered our hot tub in mid April and received it first week of May super speedy delivery orientation class went great . Definitely something you want to receive when you're spending money on a spa that's pretty much is the same cost of a vehicle. Wonderful customer service I would definitely refer friends and family here to purchase their next hot tub. The delivery service team they go through in Santa Rosa came on time actually called me and asked if they would like for me to have them come a little earlier which is wonderful because I have a busy schedule at the hospital. His name was Julio who delivered my hot tub I believe it was Santanas spa delivery in Santa Rosa that delivered it and they had wonderful service very fast and efficient. You know those places where the sales are great but then there is no service if you need it? That is this place, beware. I purchased a hot tub two years ago from them. Each time I have had to empty the hot tub, after refilling the tub the heating coils have not worked. Trying to deal with service is always a terrible experience. Like others, if you try to call for service there is no one to answer the phone or return calls. I managed to get through to get an appointment when my spa stopped working for over a week but lost the appointment because *I never called to confirm*. I actually called multiple times, having been through this with them before and understand how arduous it is to get a hold of anyone, left plenty of messages, and again, found myself begging Amity in sales to please help me, a familiar experience. The tub is great when it works, which for $14,000 should be, but it only sometimes works and there is no one to reliably service it. read more

Had a little parts order snag, but they did take care of it. Ordered a cover for a hot tub. When it took a while, they told me that older model covers are only manufactured when there are enough orders. THEY do work with a custom cover maker (aftermarket), and got me a custom cover made since they could not deliver on time. Any transaction can run into problems, and so I will give them 5 stars for customer care, and standing behind their commitments, in the long run. read more

I'll start my review with my search and a little backstory... My husband and I had been looking for a swim spa or pool for years but hadn't settled on anything. Then, I was in a serious car accident that added spinal cord injuries to my fibromyalgia (chronic fatigue plus pain) that I was diagnosed with over 25 years ago. I was miserable! It was time to put our search into full gear. Three separate doctors have told me that I could not have spent my money better that on what I bought (I'll talk about that in a minute). After my accident I started REALLY researching and checked out Cal Spas and Michael Phelps in addition to Endless Pools through The Hot Tub Store. I almost bought the Michael Phelps pool until it came to contract time. I started getting nervous when I was going to be throwing down A LOT of money and realized I had never even been in it! When I started asking questions the salesman was so rude I said to hell with him and his swim spa! I finally decided on an Endless Pools E700 after doing a swim test at The Hot Tub Store and we could not be happier. It took a year to get it but it was truly worth the wait! The extra time it took to get it with all the COVID delays and supply chain issues were actually okay because it took time to prep our yard and get our permits for the concrete slabs and electrical. I chose the Hot Springs Aria and the Endless Pools E700 and they have been immensely beneficial! It took about three months to get the Aria and almost a year to get the pool, but gladly it was worth the wait. I use both the pool and the spa about 5 days a week. After having our swim spa for just two weeks I am already up to 45 minutes of exercise! I swim, do water aerobics, resistance training, and even pull-ups against the current! I have WAY less full body pain and the near constant pain in my neck, lower back, and hip from my car accident has diminished so much it's incredible! Having struggled with pain for so long it has been wonderful to feel so much better physically. To sum everything up, we're so grateful that we bought our spa and swim spa and especially that we bought them from The Hot Tub Store! Mercedes, our salesperson is great! I say "is" and not "was" because it is an ongoing relationship. She has been there patiently to answer our questions throughout the process. I'd give it zero stars but that's not an option, I paid more than $6000 for a hot tub, I was told it was the best. I was told it would last for many years. I've had this hot tub for 3 to 4 years, it is leaking like a sieve. I'd think if it was made of such high-quality material, it would last more than three years before spring a leak. It has two major leaks, one from the left front, and one from the right front. Next time I will buy a much cheaper hot tub, that way I can afford to replace it every few years. read more

Soon after, I began having issues with the jets turning on and not shutting off. I had the service guy out who confirmed I was doing everything correctly and told me to contact them again if the problem persisted. It has persisted and the jets stayed on while we were gone, driving up my electric bill. I have had to reach out multiple times for any type of response from the service department and after finally speaking to them today, they want a credit card number to get a technician out here to see it!
