    Food raw and kept out

This buffet should be ashamed of themselves . First off kids are 9 and under . If your child is over 9 , you will pay an adult meal . This is not noted anywhere and is said to be told by the host. Lastly ; their manager Sam Salem can careless about this place . Their food was all cold and under the health inspection standards of 140 degrees . He said it was 130 which is "close enough . " Absolutely disgusting I hope no one gets sick from this place ...

Just an average buffet. Nothing extraordinary, just average to just below average food. Service is like most Asian buffets. They seat you, watch you, constantly walking by your table. You have a 90 minute time limit on tables, no loitering. They will charge you extra for wasting food. That is based on how much the wasted food weighs. If you want variety, quantity, it's here. Desert, sushi, seafood, soup, and so on ... Music is a little loud and inconsistent. They have tea, boba tea, soft drinks, and beer.

There's hair in the food. That's disgusting.

There's two hairs right on top of the food in the take out. There needs to be better hygiene. So gross.

I like the all you can eat with Godzillian items. This place have many selections. One thing for sure is their sushi section is good, but it can be better by adding more selections. The all you can eat bar has several section including the following. Sushi, hot food, cold salad, cold seafood, and dessert. The hot food is very good because it was fill up very quickly. It meet the customers quantity. Quality is good too. It has soup, wing, seafood, steak, chicken, noodle and more. I like their stir fry strings bean. Overall table service is good, they come to clean up the use plates very quick. Water refills also good.

I do not understand some of these negative reviews of this place. My wife and I were in plant City and stopped in for lunch. The staff was so friendly and nice. The service was awesome. The food was delicious fresh and hot. We used to go to a buffet in Apollo Beach. Will you not go anymore because of the service and the food went so far downhill. Next time we're in plant City we would definitely be stopping in here. When I cleanest nicest restaurants I've been in a while. This is outstanding buffet and you definitely should try it.

My wife and I were craving Chinese food. This place had the best reviews around so we tried it out. We enjoyed the meal but thought it was just ok. We placed our order online for pick-up and headed over. We were given about 20 minutes for the food to be ready and that's how far it was from us. Kyoto Palace is located in a plaza with a bunch of other things including a movie theatre. The plaza was pretty busy. Kyoto Palace is a sit-down Chinese place. They have waiter service and even a buffet that I think is closed due to the pandemic still. I walked in and there were a ton of orders waiting to be delivered or picked up. It was busy so I figured it had to be decent. Our order was all ready to go and we headed home. I ordered the sesame chicken with fried rice and my wife got the orange chicken with white rice. We also got a side of egg rolls. The food was hot and ample. A heaping serving of chicken over rice, covered in sauce. The sesame chicken had ok flavor but wasn't the best sesame chicken I have had. The fried was was also ok, again not super flavorful. My wife said the same about her meal too. Her orange chicken didn't have as much citrus as I expected or have had before from other places. The egg rolls hit the spot for me though. They were crunchy on the outside and filled with steaming hot veggies on the inside. I enjoyed these. We did have leftovers and saved it for lunch the next day. Unfortunately, this meal didn't reheat the greatest and wasn't as decent as it was the night before. All in all, it was an ok meal. I would be interested to sit down and eat here and see what that experience is like. The staff I encountered during pick-up were nice and the food was hot and packaged well. The flavor just wasn't there. I do feel since it is a frequented and busy location, the food turnover, and quality is better than some other random Chinese food places around town. This meal was ok. I think we would get it again but not we're not in any rush to.

The buffet was a little small compared to a mega Chinese buffet - but the quality and taste was excellent - flavor were rich and distinct

We were in town and decided to have Chinese food for lunch. Found this place nearby and decided to…read moretry it out. Overall we were sadly disappointed. The gal working the counter seemed uninterested and couldn't even feign a smile. The interior itself was bleak, with faded signage above the counter and a few wooden tables and chairs around the perimeter. But we were not here to make friends with staff or have a romantic dinner, we were here for the food, but still... I ordered the General Tsao chicken and the better half ordered the Sesame Chicken; with an order of pork wontons to split. The food came out hot and fresh, albeit bagged into to-go containers even though we were dining in. The food was not hateful, just average. Albeit both dishes had ample chicken pieces, they were kind of large overall; especially in the Sesame Chicken. My General Tsao had ZERO heat to it (and they advertise it as having heat). It was actually on the sweeter side, like an Orange Chicken would be. We decided to taste test each others dishes and the taste was nearly identical, hmmmmmmmmmm I wonder why. The side of yellow "pork" fried rice that came with the main entrees was palatable, but nothing great with tiny pieces of pork hidden within it and some not fully cooked pieces of onion. The pork fried wontons were actually fairly decent, but the sweet & sour dipping sauce was straight up from a bottle. I usually consume all my Chinese food in one sitting, but since it wasn't very fulfilling I packed up half of it to go. I later ate the other half for dinner, after spicing it up with some red pepper which helped make it pop. I doubt we will ever eat here again, but if we do for some reason I'll update this review of two stars (it could've been better).
