We just moved back to Plant City after being gone for over a year, and wanted our former favorite Chinese takeout for old times sake...the idiot who answered the phone berated my wife saying she placed and order and refused to pick up. Wouldn't give a date or time when this happened, wouldn't give any other information other than continuing to rudely tell her she can't be trusted to pick up her order. The food here is absolutely disgusting. Chicken fried rice came with boiled chicken same color as chalk. When I asked for extra bowl to share soup I was giving a bowl the size of a soda cap . First time ordering here: Food was not seasoned well for a Chinese food... flavorless. Swimming in grease: Rangoon, shrimp toast, and egg rolls. The sesame balls tasted like it had a strong pungent/flavor/odor similar to chemically reacting baking soda with vinegar. We will not be ordering or going back there again. read more

Being super hungry, my husband and I stopped in here for lunch before going to the strawberry festival. What a mistake. First the guy behind the counter is aggressive and overcharges if you don't catch up. I have always liked Lins-my husband won't eat rice so I order from there quite often. Usually pork fried rice plus a protein that comes with broccoli and an egg roll. Usually very delicious. This week I got the rice, bourbon chicken and an egg roll. Not so good. Rice and chicken were so dry and tough-unchewable. Egg roll was fine. This is my favorite Chinese place. The food is always good, the cashiers are always friendly. They smile with super appreciation when I add their tip - every time. Not fresh. The rice was left over from several days ago. Price was good, but old dry rice is just unacceptable.

Came by for lunch. We ordered shrimp and vegetables, beef and broccoli and general tsao beef lunch. The general tsao was fair, beef and broccoli was not so great meat had weird consistency. The shrimp and vegetables was very good. The shrimp were large and tasted fresh. The person taking our order was very kert. She did not greet us, smile or appear at all interested in helping us. Her phone manners were even worse. We will continue to look elsewhere for Chinese food. read more

The last few times that I have ordered from Lin's express the food has been terrible. Unfortunately this is the only Chinese restaurant that delivers. I think it might be better to bite the bullet and order from a different restaurant and have it delivered by one of the companies that deliver food from any restaurant. I will not order from there again and I am a Chinese food junkie. Did you ever order honey chicken with no honey or sauce. If you like Burnt boneless ribs, greasy lo mein and chow mei fun with no taste, then this is the restaurant for you. read more

We were traveling as we were staying in Orlando and visiting the Hard Rock Casino in Tampa and we wanted some Chinese food so we were on the highway, hit up a Yelp, and saw this place with a pretty good rating. I ordered the Kam Pao Chicken combo. It came with fried rice as well as a soda. My wife had the Shredded Pork and Broccoli. The person who took our order was a little bit strange but I digress. My dish was delicious except for the chicken as it was not chicken breast it was chicken Knuckles if there is such a thing probably parts of the chicken that are less expensive. So I just move them to the side and enjoyed the vegetables with the rice and the spicy sauce and peanuts and it was fabulous. My wife had no complaints and the steamed dumplings were awesome! My only complaint if I were a Critic is that they should be using chicken breast pieces in their meals as that is what I prefer. All in all two combos on the way to the casino filled us up and sent us merrily on our way. If you stop by I'm sure you won't be disappointed. read more

I am addicted to their Singapore Rice Noodles - I always ask them to add hot peppers. It's fabulous! The food is fresh, good and consistent. Their fried foods are good because they change/clean their oil. Have never had a bad dish... I carry out at least twice a week. read more

Food was good and fast but service was terrible. Asked if we could have the fried rice in separate container than our chicken because my friend is allergic to egg. We even offered to pay for the extra container. The lady spent almost 10 minutes arguing with us that we couldn't do it and that we would have to buy them separately if we wanted them packaged that way, which would have cost $5 more, far more than the cost of another container read more
