Will make you want to move to Bentonville if you don't live there already....you get the picture. Given this little rec by a local while we were traveling through town. Hubs and I couldn't decide which of the flavors to indulge, so we decided to go with the sampler. Not your average sampler. As you can see, the samplings are GENEROUS, served in a cute half-dozen egg carton. Each flavor was better than the last! I wish I lived closer as I'd have this ALL THE TIME...(maybe the 3 hour drive isn't too far after all? Excuse for another road trip?) Literally brought tears to my eyes it was so good and I practically did fight my husband off the last bit of the waffle cone (which was an added side-car to our sampler and is NOT to be missed!!). The ice cream truck is parked in a little park that had fairy lights, picnic tables, a DJ, and some board games available to make the night even more memorable. Sadly, we had to drive home. I was shocked I got a sampler that had four full sized scoops for $6.50! The flavor options are impressive. There were plenty of staff there offering samples and ringing up guests. I got a sampler with the pistachio, horchata, chocolate, and cherry magnolia. All four flavors were super creamy. We didn't come across a single one of those unpleasant ice crystals that are common in ice cream shops. The pistachio was the winner to me hands down. We will 100% be back!

On the counter were several different size containers so you could easily see the various cones and such as well as little red buckets for your taste testing spoons upon your sampling being complete. I had Chocolate and Mint Chip. Mint Chip was very good and the chocolate was real smooth, not overly rich. I would definitely recommend giving them a try, you won't be disappointed.

I said on that day, "I will never find an ice cream this good ever again!" Now, this doesn't mean I don't eat ice cream. I do. But nothing compared quite to pineapple ice cream. And then, this past Saturday, I am out on a bike ride with my wife, and I see this food truck called "Pineapple Bliss." And I exclaimed (out loud!), "wait! There is pineapple ice cream in NWA?!?!?!?!!!" So, we pulled up to the food truck. I noticed right away that it was lactose-free. All of sudden I was skeptical that this would measure up to my expectation of glorious pineapple ice cream. The young lady who worked the truck was kind and helped us understand the menu. They have a rolling menu of about 60 flavors that they change our every few days. We ordered the pineapple, of course..... and ...... it ..... was ........ perfect!! The consistency was spot on. The flavor was incredible. This is what I have dreamed of having in NWA. Now it is here. The lady asked if we wanted to try the other flavors. "Um....Ok!" said I. They had a cherry limoncello (super yum!), and a Ube (which is a purple yam -- sounds weird, but the flavor was excellent! It's frustrating to find basic things like hot fudge being not available when it's addressed with an attitude and the only words spoken are "here's this screen for you before you put in your card (asking for a tip)" and then "do you want your receipt?".
