Wow just go check it out, varied menu, great food! Portions are huge! Do not over order, our first time we ate for three days. The Laotian Thai fusion is so good...

If you're passing by goldbar for a hike or whatever.... STOP BY THIS FOOD TRUCK. Genius idea for the homies to set up a Thai/lao food truck in a small town. But sheeeesh wish it was closer to Seattle! The seasonings are unmatched yall. Oh and for those of ya who can't really handle spice... if the menu says "spicy" next to it, trust that it'll legit be spicy--they don't play. I've tried a few things on their menu but my favorite is probably their nam tok aka waterfall salad. It's essentially sliced beef w a ton of herbs... gas.

I've found this place just okay. The food feels less sophisticated than one would expect from a commercial establishment. Yes, it's a food truck, but this seems even a notch below that regarding technique and execution. It's not bad, but it's certainly not great.

I wish I lived nearby .. or I wish they could come to serve their foods to Bellevue/Redmond area. Food truck in Sultan area. Their menu is ginormous. Mild to spicy options. I ordered crispy chicken salad w rice and waterfall beef(Nam Tok) w rice. Spice levels-4. Well seasoned for both dishes. Fresh herbs and vegetables. Reasonably priced. Beef- marinated so well and tasty. I go back to try their sausages and curry next time.

Food here is great! It has authentic Laotian flavor. I love that the shortrib and rice dish special was accompanied by a tomato dipping sauce. The Zaap Der crispy chicken salad is also so so good. Tangy, savory, spicy, and a touch of sweet to balance the acid--just the way I like it. Really great dish to try for any larb/laap fan. I'm also a big fan of the Lao sausage special when they have it. The crisp veggies on the side make it a refreshing meal. The service here is great too. The people are so kind and communicate well, even if there's a minor wait. I'm glad the Sky Valley has this option, and I hope it stays around for long.

Came back through and the food is still amazing, everything 10/10! We got the marinated short ribs and pad see ew, both super good. Amazing service per usual

Nam took on the left and crispy pork belly w/ tamarind dip on the right.

I was skeptical at first because this feels out of place. But man I was wrong! The crispy pork belly and nam tok were so flavorful and delicious. Will definitely be coming back here on the regular.

Some of the best Thai food I've ever had. Quick and personable service, and fairly priced for the quantity and quality of the food

There is a separate entrance to the bar, but the main restaurant is located closer to the street side. Decent amount of seating inside and was able to get a roomie booth. I ended up ordering the chicken pad se ew. We also got several appetizers the fried dumplings and spring rolls. My friends got two versions of the curry. When we got our orders, my jaw dropped at the size of the portions. My meal was enough to feed two people. The curries that my friend got came in a massive bowl that could feed a family. Very generous with the portion size for the price. I absolutely love the flavor of my noodles. They must've used some type of chili crisp to cook up with the noodles, which gave it a delicious spice and a bit of a crispness to it. For the value, you get a lot of food and it is very flavorful. Service here was fantastic very friendly, highly recommend and definitely on the list of spots to visit when we are traveling in the area.

We ordered four vegan dishes. My wife and daughter are vegans. The fresh rolls with the peanut sauce were served quickly and they fat and delicious! Not long after the very friendly server brought us the vegan pad Thai., the garlic delight and the panang curry. Fragrantly perfect. Water was served without asking. We were a very satisfied family that took home three to go boxes. The prices are very fair. We plan on going back again. Of course Wallace Falls are beautiful and spiritual.

We started with the pumpkin tempura. It was crispy on the outside, with a naturally sweet pumpkin inside. It was really delicious. It came with a dipping sauce, though the portion felt quite small. The side of lettuce and a chunk of purple cabbage felt a bit odd presentation wise, but once we wrapped everything together and dipped it, it tasted great. For my main, I ordered the vegan herb tofu salad with medium spice. It was mostly fried tofu tossed in a herb dressing with mint, tamarind, and cilantro. The flavor was a mix of sweet, spicy, and tangy. It honestly reminded me a bit of pani puri. That said, the sweetness was a bit overpowering and made the dish slightly sticky. If they toned that down, it would be perfect. We also tried the vegan 17th curry fried rice, which was good. The curry flavor was subtle. My toddler absolutely loved it. Overall, I would recommend this place, especially for vegans. The food was good, with the only downside being that some dishes leaned a bit too sweet for my taste. The service was okay, not exceptional, but not bad either. I had visited this place about three years ago on a busy Friday night and had a pretty poor service experience, so I wanted to give it another shot on a weekday. The food has improved, and the service was decent this time around.

But the food has been incredibly consistent and very, very good. * The jungle crispy chicken is like the garlic chicken from Buddha Ruksa in West Seattle. It's addictive--like crack--and it tastes even better when you order it spicy. * Great Pad Thai--and no tomato sauce here. * The Pad Kee Mao (drunken noodles) is another favorite of ours. * The crispy pork belly wasn't our favorite. About a 3/5. * The Panang curry is rich, flavorful, and loaded with vegetables and meat. * Everything is well-prepared, tastes fresh, and they don't skimp on quality or quantity. They stay very busy and get a lot of takeout orders, so sometimes our food is delayed. They recently started online ordering, but it still needs some work: it doesn't show an estimated wait time and doesn't always send the "ready for pickup" email. I guess it's just a way for them to limit phone calls. Food is 5/5 Service/attitude 2/5
