I went here a total of 3 times. the least amount spent was about $120 and the most over $350. The thing is when I checked their website and booked the appointments the services never added up to the prices charged after the fact. For one visit, it was myself, my mother and my 7 year old daughter. My daughter was getting her first mani/pedi. Sue was sweet to her, although for her first time it would have made a nice impression if she made a little more effort for conversation. By the time my feet were done, my daughters fingers and toes had smudges in the paint. Sue was very fast to paint them and move on, even though it would seem I was charged the same for her quick careless pedicure as I was charged for my mothers adult pedicure. Mine on the other hand, ouch! I have very cracked feet and Faith immediately said "Oh we're going to take care of that" then explained she was going to use a Manuka honey on them. I should have stopped her and asked what the uncharge was for that but I didn't and later when it was time to pay I realized it was $90 for that treatment! Holy cow. She also cut the toenails without asking making them short and odd looking. I liked them so I came back. Even brought my daughter back another time but sadly again the service she got was so rushed she was done with both mani/pedi before I was done with just the pedicure. It wasn't until I realized my friends were getting their nails done for more than half the price I was paying and they looked just as good. The last time I was there i saw a sign saying cash only. When I asked Faith said it was ok if I pay in Credit card this time but they've been getting killed with the credit card fees. I wish these ladies well but I do not think Ill be back. I think they have put themselves in a very bougie light but the services just don't hold up.
