They finished my nails but my right hand was darker. They added too many coats on the right hand and not enough on the left hand. She drilled some away but it still looked off. I paid but I didn't tip. I would definitely go to another business. This one is not really good or friendly. I made my appointment on Friday after reaching out to the nail tech via text. She informed me of her booking website. The website was easy to use and I booked my appt. for the next day without worry. Puscat has an IG and Facebook page. I was able to check out her work and I was super hyped to try her. I arrived for my appt. on Saturday and she was on point. The shop is located inside of a building, where others can rent out spaces. It was not hard to find at all. This was my first time, but I felt super comfy as if I was a regular. If you are into nails and love pizazz, I highly recommend this shop. I am super excited to return. It's clean inside, the vibe is awesome and it's spacious. Do not forget your mask. Parking... Most nail salons are right and cluttered and make me feel like I'm going to knock something over with the slightest movement not here. Don't know about you all but another determining factor of cleanliness for me for establishments are the bathrooms. I work in Northern Suffolk and the drive here took its toll. The bathroom was very clean. You can tell regular cleaning is norm and that's a plus as well. Let's get into this staff; I was greeted the moment I stepped into the door (Big Smile) I was asked what services I sought and pretty much told where to seat immediately except my waterworks had other plans.
