I arrive promptly and there is only one individual working, so I wait for 20 minutes. I'm happy to do so. Then someone comes in around 10am, I ask when the individual who I had an appointment with would arrive and she said that that's her, but she was going to take care of (I'm assuming) some walk ins who were already there. She said the other individual was just finishing up with someone and would come attend me. I said that was okay and I waited again. The other individual comes up and he says he will be about 10 minutes more to finish someone else's nails. I waited an extra 20 minutes, was still not done nor did he come by to give an updated time. I ultimately decided to just walk out. I wish I had a better experience.

I was there for a gel pedicure, and even though I arrived 15 minutes early, she got me started right away -- no waiting! She offered me water, made sure I was comfortable, and was incredibly attentive throughout. But here's the part that really impressed me: I've had a splinter lodged in the side of my toe for what felt like forever -- through several pedicures at other places, no one ever took care of it. I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience here was disappointing from start to finish. The pedicure itself was mediocre, but I didn't complain. What really prompted this review was the polish application. The polish was uneven, clumpy, and wasn't even applied to the full toenails. It looked rushed and unprofessional. I politely explained that I wasn't happy with how it looked and asked if it could be fixed. Instead of addressing my concerns professionally, the technician immediately became defensive and started speaking in her native language with other staff members. It was very obvious they were discussing me, which I found extremely rude and unprofessional. I remained respectful and simply asked for the polish to be redone. Unfortunately, the second attempt looked just as bad as the first. At that point, I knew I would not be returning. Customer service and technical skill are both important in this industry, and this salon fell short on both. Based on my experience, there is significant room for improvement in both professionalism and quality of work.
