I was in dire need of getting my nails done so searched nail salons on Apple Maps and decided on this one that I've been wanting to try for a while now. Called and asked if they had availability for Nexgen and was immediately accommodated. Parking was a breeze and salon was easy to locate next to goodwill in the Publix plaza. As soon as I walked in Lynn directed me to sit down and the began removing what was left of the Nexgen on my nails. She acquiesced my request to cut down my nails since they grow super fast and kept my oval shape. Lynn was so polite, professional and swift. It was nice to find someone with such good energy because a lot of salons feel like a factory and value quantity over quality. I look forward to returning in the future and I've already gotten compliments on my fall nails. read more

I would definitely rate zero if possible! I've been to this place twice, the first time I wasn't in love with their work but unfortunately on the 24th they were the only ones available. I also live fairly close & it's just convenient to go right after work at times. I went in after work on the 24th & got a full set with the lady near the door to the left, she might actually be the owner if I'm not mistaken. My full set started to fall off on Monday 12/27/21. I came in first this morning 12/29/21 with all my nails in a ziploc bag to show them how easily they came off. They told me there was nothing they could do... the rates they have say it all! They don't care, & the job they do shows it! I paid $110 for a pedicure, full set & eyebrows. I tipped $10 to all three people who did their services JUST because it was Christmas Eve. I most definitely won't be back here ever again. My review is simply to alert other ladies, please do not waste your time, ENERGY or money with this low effort salon!!! read more

Thought I would give them another shot as they weren't busy, nails look good. Design looks basic and not what I asked for. The people are rude. They will do designs on their payment chart but when asked they won't do it. Finally he passed me to a lady who says she will do it and does some generic flower not what I wanted. I'm absolutely DISGUSTED by this nail shop behavior . After working a long shift I come in to get a manicure for my birthday . I told the lady this important information and that I'm trying medium long nails for the first time . I had a great attitude and was excited to get my nails done . Her ? The owner of the shop has a poor attitude . I'm holier than thou attitude and her work is wishy washy meaning she's good at some things and poor at others . I don't go for manicures that often, but when I do I want to be happy that I did. I decided to give L.A. nail shop a try randomly because it was conveniently located in a plaza I stopped by. I have to say I was over due for a manicure, so I decided to put it off any longer. It's as from the time I entered the shop I was met with suspicion. I needed to use the restroom only to be pointed in its direction reluctantly. Once I was in the chair the nail (threat) tech roughly handles my hand, she begins clipping my nails at an accelerated pace without even asking me if I wanted long nails or short nails. My hands and nails were continued to be handled roughly. Once the trimming begin I was immediately in pain from the initial clipping. I informed the (threat) tech, she eased up momentarily only to return to her roughshoding. I decided to take it like a man and see the final results only to be horribly disappointed. Five fingers out of ten are bleeding. And she had the audacity to offer me a pedicure several times during my visit. Ha!!!! So I can be both immobile and in pain?!?!? If I could give zero Stars, I would. This place is horrible. They treat their customers like crap. I went in yesterday morning with an appointment and the owner or manager Tony, basically argued with me that I didn't have an appointment and finally let me sit down so I he could do my nails. I needed a full set and I wanted the dip.. he glued the tips on, and when he cut them, he cut them , he cut the first two tips too short. When I told him, he got all mad and was not happy but removed them and put new tips on. He then started to dip my nails in the powder. I knew immediately that this was not going to go well because of the way he was doing it. By the time he was done dipping the nails and I held them back to look at them, they were all uneven, all different lengths, and they were completely flat. No shape to them at all. They looked awful. I told him and he got an attitude. So I got upset and I told him to take them all off that I was not happy. He took the nail clippers and clipped half of the nail off at the fingertips and ripped the other half off on every single one of my fingers. He then sent me 2 the other end of the salon where he put my hands in acetone to soak off the nails that were left on my nail beds. Normally, you would put a cotton ball soaked in acetone on the nail bed and then wrap it in tin foil on each nail. But no, he had me sit there and soak them. And just left me there. I had to sit there and scrape this product off of my nail beds myself. I will never ever step foot in the salon again. I have no idea how this place is still in business. read more

Do not go here ! I went in and asked for a paraffin wax treatment. So they told me to sit down at one of their workers tables and they proceeded with everything. So I assumed they had it. In there language they kept saying paraffin; well that's all I understood at least. As the nail tech is almost about to get to the polish, he tells me there is no paraffin. On top of all this, HE RUSHED THOROUGH EVERYTHING. My nails are the same as they were when I got there. He didn't even get my cuticles at least! All I got was a clear manicure, and to them it was rocket science. read more

I'm a very go with the flow type of guy so complaints are very rare for me. I decided to give this place a try because it's a lot closer to where I live and honestly cheaper than where I was going. When I got there, the guy at the desk ask what I wanted, I told him a gel manicure and pedi, he said a 15 minute wait. Right after me two white women walked in and asked for the same thing and he directed them to the nail tech (no appointment). I tried to be go with the flow(not in a rush anyway) but another lady walked in and was seated so I stood up and the nail tech said "oh don't think we are skipping you" and I said but you are and she directed me to be seated for a pedi (they just had my feet sitting in cold water for 15minutes). Aside from this, the nail tech was super rough with my feet. The experience wasn't relaxing or spa like at all. I was ready to be out. My big toe is still bleeding. Once we get to the manicure, SHE TELLS ME I HAVE TO PAY BEFORE SHE STARTS MY NAILS! I felt so disrespected I said why is that, I didn't see anyone else paying before their nails were done. She said, so you don't mess up your nails. Yeah right! She was rushing the whole time with my nails and the job she did I could've done at home. I will NEVER step foot in this place again. This was the worst threading I have ever had! I have had the lucky fortune of having to wax and thread for the last 20 years. I know what is a good job and this was not it. The rude woman starts by telling me what I "need" done.The thread they use must be the cheapest they could find because it barely did the job. She argued with me that every thread is the same. That is like saying everyone who does threading is the same. I sure know that is not true! She had horrible breath and sprayed saliva on me. all the while talking smack about me, thinking I don't understand. The price was totally outrageous and the most I have ever paid for the service.
