A women said that and "employee" and her "mother" played and won 3 times each...that is not true. For one they are not employees they are volunteers and none of the volunteers has a mother that plays there. read more

I attend bingo last Saturday night and a employee and her mother both won 3 bingo's each and each bingo paid out $600 and two paid $400 dollars i feel that was NOT LU CK that was CHEATING read more

Hello, I went to this Bingo Hall about 10 years ago and haven't been back since. I would play their Slot machines and if I won a jackpot they expected a big tip from the money you won on the SloIf you didn't give them anything they would give you a rude, ugly stare like you did something wrong. Also, when you play Bingo they expected a tip/donation every time you won! If you don't tip they make you feel unwelcome. The place is rigged! My donation is the cover charge when I buy my packs or play the Slots! I'm the one taking the risk of losing my money!!! read more

What it lacks in ambiance it makes up for with very kind and helpful employees! Safe inside and out.

Went to community bingo for the first time tonight with my mom. We showed up early to try and figure out what we were doing and the employees were so helpful that they walked us through everything. I didn't catch her name but the lady with the butterfly tattoos on her hands took it upon herself to help us and walk us through everything. She spent probably 5 minutes with just my mom and I explaining everything since my mom and I were overwhelmed and confused. Laurie, the beverage girl, was also so friendly and kind when we ordered some popcorn from her. One of the men employees made his way over to us several times to make sure we were getting the hang of it and answered any questions we had during the games. I love this bingo hall it's always fun even when we don't win! the gaming machines are so easy it's very relaxing to play, non smoking gets very loud and sometimes hard to hear numbers but over all a really nice place to play! And friendly workers on the floor make the whole experience worth the money, plus a lot of money goes to local charities read more

I have a love/hate relationship with this place. The workers are cool and they play some good games. However, it seems a little expensive for what they payout. The payouts don't seem like you're winning much especially if you buy a larger pack. Overall, this is still pretty good place to play bingo. read more

My first and last visit on 5/12/14. We went here for a fundraiser. Everything was alright, until my husband and two other people tried to redeem pull tab prize tickets they had purchased, which were winners. The staff claimed that the "pull tab till" was closed and that 3 announcements had been made for a "last call" to redeem. At least 9 of us never heard any kind of announcement, nor did we even know that there would be a "last call." My husband had tried to flag down an employee earlier in the night (a couple times) to redeem, but the man walked by and didn't notice him. We figured we would just catch him at some point, not realizing there was a time limit. The management person told us it was our responsibility, and refused to make it right. We explained to her that we were new to the bingo hall, and didn't even know we were supposed to listen for an announcement, and we were not told this when the tickets were purchased. She also suggested we "take it up with the charity" we had come to support (which makes no sense....they don't make the bingo hall rules). She called the General Manager, who still refused to redeem the tickets, and refused to speak with any of us on the telephone. Very disappointed, very poor customer service, very poor communication to new visitors about how they do things. It was only a few $, but to not honor a prize ruins the fun and ruined our experience. read more

I've gone to this place many years because my mom goes. Most of the volunteers are nice, but the managers are ridiculous. They have "rules", but they only apply for certain peoples. They need to have managers that stick to the rules and not play favoritism. If the other local bingo hall wasn't so far away, I would go there. read more

If you would like to be scam then this is the Place they will take your money and set the machines every day on who they would like to win i will be calling the bingo commission so that they can investigate this place it's a big scam. if you just like to give you money away then this is the place the manager Cheryl is so rude this place is ran by a computer they type in who they what to win the security guard sit all night and smoke his vapor and texts on his phone what a waste . stand away bottom line. i have been going there for over 5 years and have on won 10 times and i have the proof to show you and i pay big to start to win small money Trust me it's huge SCAM and they have homeless people coming in to used the rest room for free and shit all over the bathroom they get free coffee and take a nap and sleep at the machines for free its not safe at all. read more
