At the conclusion of the appt, the doctor's assistant placed the wrong prescription order with Walgreens. They apologized for the error, however did not offer any compensation for their prescription mistake leaving me to bear the cost of their error. I've never had either of these issue happen before. I'd recommend another provider that respects and values patients time and shows financial accountability and ownership for expense errors they cause their customers.

Amanda was also extremely rude during my experience, and the environment was anything but professional. While she was performing my service, her daughters were present and dancing on a stripper pole. I personally witnessed this, and regardless of anyone's explanation for it, I found it deeply inappropriate and concerning to have children doing that while a paying client was receiving a body sculpting treatment. It made me extremely uncomfortable and raised serious concerns for me about the environment in which these services were being provided. When someone is providing treatments involving a person's body and appearance, clients deserve a clean, private, and professional setting, clear information about the provider's qualifications and training, and honest expectations regarding results. Based on my experience, I did not receive that. NOT AN APARTMENT I would not recommend Amanda for body sculpting. I strongly encourage anyone considering her services to thoroughly research the provider, verify their qualifications and training, and make sure they are comfortable with the environment before paying for treatment. The waiting room is nicely appointed but it is also where some clients are receiving teeth whitening treatments so that is a bit strange. Check in is easy and streamlined. The desk staff are welcoming and friendly. My appointment was scheduled for 12:45 but I didn't get pulled back into my treatment room until closer to 1pm. I wish the service appointment reminders would have asked for me to come without earrings or necklaces, I would have taken them off and left that at home before going to the clinic, but instead I had to spend a good deal of time taking these all off before my appointment started. My treatment was very thorough and I truly did enjoy it. Although, at check in, I did indicate I wanted to have a quiet and relaxing appointment, because it was an intro session I got a full on interactive appointment explaining everything that was happening at every step of the way. While not my preference, I was still able to relax and enjoy the scalp treatment. The treatment itself was very thorough with many different steps and stages - all felt luxurious and not rushed. I definitely think that this space and the service provider are gems and if you can find a treatment on special, even better. It is quite far north of Austin (almost to cedar park) so if you're in the south like me just be ready for a drive to get there.

I really thought I was going to be taken care of. The doctor I met with was kind and professional, which is the main reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1. Unfortunately, the overall experience was very disappointing. The San Antonio location didn't accept my insurance, so I was scheduled at the Austin office instead. Before making the appointment, I mentioned that I would have my children with me, and I was told that would be fine. I also had trouble completing my paperwork because every link they sent me was broken, so check-in took longer than expected. While that was frustrating, I understand technical issues can happen. The biggest issue was that after driving two hours to Austin (four hours round trip), they told me they couldn't perform the ultrasound because my children were with me. They didn't ask if there was a way to make it work or discuss any options, they simply said they would have to reschedule. I left without receiving any care after spending four hours on the road. I understand offices have policies, but if children weren't allowed during the ultrasound, that should have been communicated before I made the drive. It would have saved me a lot of time, gas, and frustration.

I get Botox, lip and cheek fillers, and even people who have known me my whole life don't totally realize it. They do such a beautiful natural job of just simply reversing any aging I've gone through that I don't look like I'm not me, I look like the best version of me. I was referred here by a friend who actually sees a different practitioner than I do, which tells me that everyone's wonderful. I personally am completely obsessed with Mara, who makes what could be an uncomfortable process so fun and easy and always lets me leave feeling like my best self. Ashley at checkout is also phenomenal. The last touch point is every bit as important as the first touch point and she's always been there to help. She always makes sure I can find any savings or memberships directly with the brands I'm using that helps me indulge emotionally without indulging financially too excessively. A couple of days ago, I decided to purchase a package and got scheduled to see Dr. Salyer right away. After going in, I was greeted with hospitality and spent 20 min lying down under the LED light. Afterwards I found out that I lost a total of 5 inches off of my stomach, waist and thighs combined. I definitely felt the difference at the time too and could see the difference the following morning. I am scheduled to go back tomorrow and I cannot wait! Dr. Jeffrey Cone and his staff are truly the best! I had a scar revision on my cheek back in 2021…read morethat unfortunately left dog ears, and the original surgeon offered no help afterward. I spent so much money trying to fix it with laser treatments, microneedling, and other options, but nothing worked, and no surgeon in San Antonio was willing to excise the dog ears. Then I found Dr. Cone in May 2025, and everything changed. He was the only surgeon willing to take on my case, and he did an incredible job with the excision. I finally have my confidence back! Not only is Dr. Cone highly skilled, but he is also so kind and caring. His staff is just as wonderful, everyone made me feel comfortable and supported throughout the entire process. I'm so happy I trusted him and cannot recommend him enough!
