Been coming to Bombshell for the last decade and I've had nothing but great service over the years from everyone I've encountered. Their attendants are habitually late at performing services but once, when my teenage daughter was just 8 minutes late, not only did they deny her service, they insisted that one of her services be deducted from her account. I had noticed in a previous post that someone put an image of a "Notice to Vacate" on the door of the business and it didn't surprise me at all - what goes around, comes around. It's pretty simple - the Golden Rule - treat people the way you want to be treated. Again, this "Bombshell" waxing incident was from 5 years ago on the northshore but I still remember it as though it was yesterday. Fortunately, I have not had to experience shockingly poor customer service at this level by any business. Just dreadful. Hopefully they have changed their policies and treat people as humans.

I can't speak for every employee but Erica really left her mark (with tint) on my face... I used to tint my own brows and it never turned out this horrible. The wax job itself was fine - she mapped out my face and left what she think I needed to grow out but it still looked messy once I scrubbed the tint off, which hurt considering it wasn't easy to remove. Let's just say I left not being able to look anyone in the eyes. How embarrassing! On a plus side, the inside of this business is very well taken care of and decorated nicely. As for leaving happy with the service, this was a bad experience for me and the $69 I lost.

I walked in, signed in, and was threaded all in a matter of 20 minutes. Upon arrival one client was already in the chair, which is directly in the front to the left of the spa. My esthetician was calm and steady handed, she's everything previously described by other Yelpers. She shaped my eyebrows perfectly, paying much respect to my scar. Not as painful as I thought.
