The only word I would use to describe my experience here is "luxury". The building is very secure. Staff doesn't let anyone inside the building. Your guests have to call you on a box and when they call it goes to your cellphone and you have to let them in by phone. I find that awesome. I have my own parking space on the lower garage level. The gym is very nice and the equipment is in great shape. Noise level is always at a minimal. It's a great little community of people and I'm so happy living here. I used to live in the Warehouse District and although it was wonderful, it was always so busy, naturally. Living at Stonebridge Plaza is like being in the city, but also being away from the hustle and bustle at the same time. Did I forget to mention that we also have our own private bridge to walk on? Only us residents have access to The Old Stone Bridge where the street cars use to run. With this you have a great view of the Downtown, Cleveland skyline, and also Jacobs Pavilion. Last night we were able to watch Ellie Goulding perform. All we need is a grocery store to make it perfect.. But I'm genuinely happy here.

Responsive management to simple maintenance requests - No fuss with moving out and getting deposit back Cons: - When I moved in, my unit was infested with roaches which took about 6 months to resolve. They just kept sending the same guy to spray more and more pesticides to the point where I started feeling sick and developing a cough. They finally sealed off some holes in the walls after I hounded management, and I never saw a roach again after that. - My bathroom ceiling fell in because of an upstairs leak - Street parking is available but difficult to grab a spot - Old school lock and key security - Mail just gets dropped communally on the front steps and I've had a package stolen once out of ~20 deliveries - Window was very poorly sealed so people smoking or talking on the street made it seem like they were basically inside your apartment - The flooring was ancient hardwood which gave me splinters sometimes. It was bowing so badly that my desk chair kept rolling away and I had to put 5inches of hardwood beneath the legs on one side of my bed otherwise it felt like I was sleeping on the side of a hill.

Why would I sublet an apartment that has mice? My other issue is they changed laundry companies without notification and left me holding the bag with a $14 credit from the previous company. I was told I should work out getting my money back from the laundry company as they are a 3rd party vendor with Montlack Realty and there is no obligation from Montlack Realty to resolve this issue. Within three weeks of living here and just moving in we received a letter that are pickup truck being parked in the overflow parking was a problem for "some" of our neighbors. We were copied on the "rules" of usage however, we were limited as to where the truck could be parked. Dennis the alleged mgr suggested we park it across the street in another overflow. I found this to be laughable. Our landlord said this was never an issue when she lived here. This issue seemed to settle down but then we got another letter now saying there was to much noise coming from our condo at all hours. Which reiterated all the rules again and where and how to place our tv, speakers, and settings. It went on and on add nausium. When we moved in we elected to get Dish Network. Since it was a dish I called and personally spoke with Dennis to make sure we were following the rules. Two months later we get another letter.It states that we are not allowed to have two points of entry into the outside of the dwelling. Of course he never mentioned this fact when I spoke to him in the first place. I didn't even know what that meant. He refused to take any responsibility and we had to have Dish come back out, at our expense, to rework the wireing. Luckily Dish was willing to correct it even though it was two months into our contract. The letter also gave us a deadline for the repairs to be completed. About two weeks ago I was alerted by an emergency vehicle beep and lights and I saw a police officer walking by our condo. He was called out for loud music and literally walked right by our place. Obviously, nothing was going on here. That following Sat we received a letter for loud music. Enough Already!! We obviously have a pscho neighbor who has nothing better to do than to write letters about us and complain. The crappy part is Dennis does nothing to mediate the issue so she continues to harrass us. The letters state that the neighbor neefs to waer ear plugs, has t go outside to talk on her phone and has disruppted peace. Paaleeze! Other neighbors here say she is notorious for this! Her accusations are a gross exaggeraton and she is enabled! Our other neighbor is a gem. She says were the quietest people who ever lived here and has to look to see if were even home at times. Were packing up and moving very soon. I cannot wait to get out of here. I never had one issue at the condo I was living in before this place! You would think an association who has empty condos, forclosures, and a horrible market these days would appreciate people who pay the rent and take care of the property, but the dont. The owners here have complained about sidewalk flooding and icing over for years. There is now a hole outside in the lawn that was suposed to correct this. I have walked out of my condo to find roofers or gutter cleaners hanging off the roof with no notification that workers would be present. It doesn't appear they care for renters here, and im not so sure about the owners either. Thank God i didnt buy here! I would highly suggest you look elsewhere to live. This was absolutely ridiculous, we never felt like we could turn on a radio here, have guests over, and just normal day to day living was great if you enjoy walking on eggshells! The Condo Management Company of America, has been nothing but troublesome. Both managers I have…read moredealt with, mostly Mike, I'm assuming, i never know who i'm talking with has been rude, uncooperative, to the point of condescending, talking over me on calls, and refusing to address issues. There was one time, my mother repeatedly made complaints about rickety fences years ago, and was blatantly ignored. One time, there was a particularly bad storm, and the fence blew down, and fell on my brother's car and did damages to it, and she called and complained, since they let the fence get to such a state it caused damages to my brother's car. their response? "there was nothing that could have been done, it was an act of god." Another situation, involved one of my neighbors on two different occasions. one involved her having to repeatedly call and complain about the fact she had waterfalls on the front of her house, because the gutters weren't hung right. The manager she'd spoken to, would tell her REPEATEDLY, she just didn't understand how gutters worked, and that when the rain was too heavy, they'd fill up with water and overflow. she had to call and complain MULITPLE TIMES, and was constantly ignored. it wasn't until the condo manamagement company sent someone to look at the gutters on the GARAGES, and my neighbor asked THEM to look at her gutters, that it was affirmed they were NOT hung properly, as she had said, and they scheduled her for a work order to hang the gutters properly. The other instance, was when my neighbor had to fight with the condo management company for NINE YEARS for problems with the roof, that were tired to the fact her condo didn't have a fascia board in place, which was causing damage to the inside of the condo. As far as interactions i've had, i have dealt with trying to call and file complaints with them for over 10 years now, getting harassed by them, blatantly ignored when calling to report issues, for but not limited to, issues of neighbors possessing tiki torches in their patios, rotating cars in guest spots, double parking in front of their garages and alongside garages and in firelanes, allowing children to play in the parking lots/streets, and even mounting of security cameras in their back patios, and fans above the fence line. to my understanding, we are prohibited from having tiki torches, fire pits, or open grills, because of issues fences or fires having been a problem before. ( i was RUDELY told by one of the managers, i was wrong, and that he would not speak to me any further on the issue, despite me sending emails as requested, WITH photographic evidence of them having the torches lit, near fences, and trees in their patio). we are prohibited from double parking, or parking in fire lanes, for obvious reasons of limited space, and accident hazards. I personally had my mother doubleparked a while ago for an hour so she could have lunch, and there would be a letter in the mailbox for us the next day, yet my neighbors continue to do so. children are prohibited from playing in the streets or parking lots, for obvious reasons of child safety and the dangers of playing in traffic, and the fact of the chances of children damaging cars, which mine WAS scratched, but i have no proof. i remember a few years ago when we'd had issues with people breaking into cars and attempting to break into condos, and a neighbor tried to put a security camera up, and was told to take it down. i know we were told we were NOT allowed to have anything mounted to the building, in plain sight above the fencing which we were made to take satellite dishes off buildings, yet my neighbors have a security cam and a fan in their condo patio, above the fence line. If you can help it, do NOT get a property with these people.

I'll start with all the things I like about the place. The apartments are very spacious and kept up very well. The complex looks incredible. They go to great lengths to keep the place clean and inviting. The property management team has been nothing but wonderful and they are typically very quick to respond to any problems. The complex is located just a couple of miles away from downtown Twinsburg and most every store you could need access to. For those who are looking for easy highway access for your daily work commute 480, 271, and route 8 are easily accessible from the complex. The complex is also close to several gyms and great restaurants. I've never felt slighted by the lack of amenities (pool, on site gym, etc) for what we pay a month, especially considering how well the place is kept up and how nice Twinsburg is. There are a couple of draw backs with the complex. As the other reviewers mentioned, the cable/internet situation is a problem. When you sign your lease you sign up to have your cable provided by Dish network (through Windstream) and your internet through Windstream. If you've ever had the misfortune of working with Windstream you know why this is a problem. Needless to say their customer service is terrible, and because they own the Dish contract it's very difficult to get decent customer service from Dish. Ok, no problem just disconnect and get someone else, right? Wrong. Because Windstream bought out the cable for the complex they still charge you a $50 a month access for another company to use their outlets. All this may seem minor but after a few brutal customer service phone calls you'll understand the problem. The other issue I have with the complex deals with the number of parents who tend to pull their car up to the complex exit and sit there with their kids while they wait for the school bus. This also seems like a minor issue but when you are trying to get out the door for work it can be a little frustrating trying to navigate a line of cars when you don't know who is waiting for a school bus and who is also about to pull out and around the line of cars. The management staff has tried to address the issue but they are largely ignored. While we are moving out of Pebble Creek in a few months due to job changes, I would absolutely recommend the complex to anyone looking to move into a nice, quiet, neighborhood in a nice town.
