The staff acts like your bothering them if you call for support and they like to forward all the support calls to voicemail instead of finding you a person to help you or putting your call in a queue. the staff has a real sense of entitlement and could care less if your issue is urgent or if you need immediate assistance. In the past, SAGE reseller support was limited and I had to deal with Southeast, but now I have other options and wont be dealing with them anytime soon. Thankfully!
