They are fast and the service is still a great quality. It's nice not having to lay under our vehicles in the cold and then dispose of old fluids. This is the worst place I have ever been too, a few years back my driver wheel bearing was going…read moreout. They said that they can't replace the hub so they put a new wheel bearing in my old hub. A year and a half later. My bearing starts failing again. I go back there and the manager at the time was confused why the mechanic put the new bearing in the old hub. So he went and ordered a new hub and put the new bearing in. I thought everything was good but not a year and a half later. The bearing is going out again on the same wheel. I back there and there was a new manager who pretty much was like well it's over warranty so there's nothing we can do even though I have already spent a total of $1,500 dollars to get the wheel bearing fixed that keeps breaking and they keep reassuring me that the problem won't happen again. After a while he said maybe the part was defective and that he will give me a quote for another wheel hub and bearing. I was going to take this quote to some place that was going to help me pay for it but it didn't have my name on the quote so I called to Meineke to see if they can pull up my quote to add that. They didn't have my quote anymore and he said we can't replace your wheel hub even though they quoted me for it and I told them I was going to come in sometime in the next week or so to get it done.
