My pedicure with LaTanya was the best I've had in years. Many times in the past, I've felt very rushed and roughly handled when I would receive nail services, which creates a very negative experience. I immediately felt at ease with LaTanya. All of the ladies were so nice to talk to and made me feel so comfortable. In my original review I spoke of how nice and courtesy the owner is and I stand by that. Since it was my first experience with gel, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and decided to come back today for an acrylic full set. Unfortunately, today's experience was much worse. Before he even put the tips on, he asked me at least five different times what color I wanted. I explained each time that I was still deciding because I wanted to look through the color book first. Instead of giving me a chance to choose, I felt rushed throughout the entire appointment. The nail tech was also on the phone during my service, and I felt like I didn't have his full attention. I asked for a simple, short, super square acrylic set, but my nails ended up rounded, uneven, and sloppy. I also requested a simple two-color design using a pastel yellow and pink. Instead, he used a neon yellow instead of the pastel shade I had chosen and never gave me the opportunity to choose the pink shade I wanted. As soon as he applied the colors, I politely told him I didn't like them. He huffed, walked away with a visible attitude, and made me feel uncomfortable for simply speaking up about something I hadn't asked for. At that point, I didn't want to argue, so I kindly asked him to just do white instead. Overall, I left disappointed. I expect to be able to take my time choosing my colors, have my requests listened to, and be treated respectfully if I ask for a correction. Between feeling rushed, the poor communication, the attitude when I spoke up, and the uneven quality of the nails, this experience fell far below my expectations. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.

Her work is flawless, and she truly takes her time to make sure everything is perfect. What I love even more is that the entire salon is consistent. I've sat with other technicians, and honestly, everyone in there delivers five-star service. That says a lot about the quality and standards they keep. Kim and Tom, the owners, are just as amazing. They are fair, honest, and genuinely care about their clients. You can tell they take pride in running a clean, welcoming, and professional salon. If anything ever needs attention, they handle it with kindness and make sure you're completely taken care of. This place is not just a nail salon it's an experience. It's in a bigger shopping center so there's plenty of places to park. I went on a Monday afternoon before 2 PM and it was quite empty in there which I really liked. Bryan was my nail tech and I just have to say he should definitely be getting paid more. I went to Q nails and Spa, because my sister recommended it to me and she was absolutely right. It was the best place to go. Bryan asked me if I wanted a drink, and he gave me a margarita which it wasn't fancy in anyway, but just the thought and extra touch made it a better experience for me. I was able to relax in their comfortable chairs that were more on the new side, very well kept. The whole place is very clean, smells good. Everyone working there seems to respect each other as well which is a huge plus to see as a customer. I would definitely recommend this place and keep in mind that they also offer 20% off for your first visit!

My…read morepartner was ignored until the end of my dip manicure, despite request for his manicure at the time of my own. My partner's cuticles were cut and he bled on more than one nail. Another customer who came halfway through my dip was attended to prior to my partner, and I had to request his manicure again. I paid $45 for my dip manicure, yet it did not include any cuticle or hand care. I had specifically requested a dip manicure, and was not told that cuticle care was separate, nor was I asked if I wanted this. Additionally, when I had picked out my color, the actual dip color was bright purple (distinctly different than the fuschia on the sample; nail attendant said likely the sample was just old). When asked if I liked the color, and I identified it was quite different, a new color dip was then just added on top, leading to very thick nails and splotchy color up close. They were too thick and unfortunately have started chipping just after 1 week. I am very disappointed in my experience here. TLDR: cuticle care comes separate and you must ask for it. My experience showed subpar customer attention and nail service, with cut cuticles, thickly applied dip, and quickly chipped dip (1 week). Would not recommend.
