When i said ok well I'll just have to find a new place, they called back to say they would squeeze me jn. Today, I had scheduled an appointment, was confirmed and when I got to the venue at my scheduled time, I was told they had been trying to reach me because they are way, way behind schedule and cannot take me today. I asked them how I had no texts or calls or why they wouldn't have my number in their system if I booked the appointment through the very number they should have tried to reach. They had no answer.
