The procedure was well planned, precisely measured for all mandated locations (clean out main and distribution) and coordinated with proper officials. The…read moreprevious owner had had to replace the whole system before we moved in, and Bostley did the work installing the new septic. While they emptied the tank, Bostley noticed that the intake pipe had sunk into the ground right before the tank so there was a multi-inch vertical lift before emptying into the tank. Gravity doesn't go up, so this can (and did) cause blockages. We spent a few hours worrying about how we were going to get this fixed, but then Bostley HQ called back the same day (Friday) and told us that since they did the initial installation, they were going to come back and fix it for free! They showed up Monday morning with an excavator, and lifted and even unblocked the sunken pipe at no cost. Bostley is a small local company that clearly takes pride in their work. Even when freak incidents occur, they act quickly and take full accountability. Everybody we spoke to was professional and polite. Highly recommend.

Bunch of Thieves starting with the owner Frank. Called to have the septic tank emptied, truck came stayed less than 5 minutes and left. I thought it was too quick to empty a septic system so 2 days later I lifted the cap and low and behold it was full. I called called the owner to have him send a truck back because the guy he sent obviously didn't do the job and his response was "I'm not responsible for what my guys do". I asked him to show up with his guy and pump it in front of both of us and he refused. He said "we did the work and I'm never going back to that house." I asked for a refund of the $300 charge and he also refused. I told him I'd be reporting him to the BBB and the MA Attorney General's office as well as leaving him a review that reflects exactly the way they conduct business I highly recommend NO ONE do business with these people, let's show him what bad service gets you. I later filed a dispute with my credit card company. To their credit, Wind River has now reversed the unauthorized charges and resolved the billing issue. While the situation was frustrating and could have been avoided with clearer communication upfront, I do appreciate their willingness to make it right in the end. I'm updating this review to reflect that resolution and to acknowledge that the company ultimately acted to correct the issue.

I spoke to one of their customer service reps. and was told that $249.99 covered 1hr of work. There would be an additional charge for any work conducted over the initial hour and for any equipment that maybe needed. After conforming this information, I agree to the charge and scheduled an appointment on 6/13/25. When the tech came out, he looked at the issue and stated that my main sewer line needed to be snaked for an additional fee that was over $400.00 dollars. I advised him that I was not told this when I called to schedule the appointment and that I would call to get this resolved. The first serv. rep. put in a ticket with the issue. The tech advised me that he spoke to his supv. and if I was not willing to pay the additional fee he would not be able to complete the work. I asked to speak to his supv. Justin and was told that he(supv.) didn't see a ticket from my call and he would not talk with me. The tech. left my home without completing any work, but they charged me $249.99. I had to call several times from 6/13/25-6/26/25 and speak to several rep. I was advised that the sewer drain manager and then the general manager would call me to resolved this, but they never called me. On 6/26/25 I was advised that they realized that I was misinformed and I will be receiving a refund for $249.99 in 2weeks. All the customer service rep. that I spoke to were professional and very helpful in trying to get this issue resolved. The ball dropped with the supv. Justin Hightower and the general manager not addressing the issue. I nor even customer should not have to call a company over eight times before an issue is finally addressed by management and resolved. That is Not the way any company should be conducted business. Due to this, I do Not recommend this company and will submit another review once I receive my refund.

When we called to ask what was going on they had no idea who we were, then blamed the situation on, 'a little mix up '. They did not apologize once, nor could they tell us when they actually would be back to fix the issue. Perhaps Fletcher is fine for routine issues, but be wary if you have an emergency.
