We had our brakes replaced here in April, and after only about 8,000 miles, the bolts on the brake calipers came loose and eventually fell out -- causing serious damage to the entire front side of our vehicle. Rather than taking ownership or even acknowledging the possibility of error, the shop refused to accept any responsibility. We trusted them to do quality work, but not only were the bolts not properly tightened, their response afterward showed a complete lack of professionalism and accountability. We're now left paying a large repair bill at another shop to correct a rookie mistake that should never have happened. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service all around.

The canister-type oil filter was recently installed and done wrong. The O ring was caught in the grooves of the securing device and not in the o ring groove. They replace the filter element, added oil and got me sorted quickly. No messing around. Also, I had a screw in my tire--which I knew but forgot to tell them about. The technician saw that and repaired the tire without being asked. So, so helpful and done with initiative. All done very reasonably. Awesome! Thank you

I took my Dodge Charger there while home from college on winter break and they did an excellent service. It is a small place but quaint in every way. You know the place is proud and does good service when their front desk area has all sorts of cool posters, old cars, accolades, and memorabilia. I asked if it was getting time for an oil change, to take a look at my breaks, coolant, and exhaust to make sure the welds were holding. Turns out, I only needed the oil change and a little bit of coolant. They didn't try and upsell me on anything. They were very straightforward and extremely quick. Car was ready within an hour. Can't ask for better bang of the buck, bout $110 total after looking at everything. P.S. They filled my windshield wiper fluid up for free. Thanks Olde's!

They looked at the car probably 10 to 15 minutes and said they couldn't find anything and needed to do a diagnostic test for 89.99 an hour . I said I wanted to be updated on the half hour, a girl who was running the front end said my car was not getting any pressure in the crank case and I should get rid of it or take it somewhere full service and proceeded to charge me 95.00 after telling the other girl who rang me up CYA and I came home put a quart of oil in it and reset to 100% and problem solved. No pressure is good sign shows PVC is doing its job. Never going there again,was my go to for oil change, all new people and I'm out $95.

Wouldn't you call around to other stores if you had been out a long time & couldn't figure out how to purchase more? 4. No pride in their job, or the company they represent.

Short Summary: Don't go…read more I brought a custom built, hand-signed, numbered-edition car here to repair some hood/bumper damage. This was a "few week job". These people tried to return the car to me, twice, with damage still so visible that I could see dents and mis-aligned body panels from the lobby without even going outside to look closely at my car. "A few weeks" turned into almost 5 months of me constantly having to ask for updates. The end result (3rd trip) is poor. The paintwork is not good. I can still see orange peel / flaws and fisheyes in the paint from where they did a mediocre job, and the bumper is poorly aligned. When taking the car out in sunlight you can see a "blend line" (black car) in the middle of the hood, where they didn't even paint or correctly blend the whole hood. At best, 2 weeks were spent waiting for parts (a bumper cover). They took a pristine collectable car, stored it in a filthy part of the shop so long that it had to be detailed, and in doing so, while "cleaning" it, they scrubbed one of the signatures of the builders (known names) off one of the engine covers . (response when challenged: "well, at least one of them is still there") After almost 5 months of having the car, they didn't find anyone in the industry to remake/replicate the emblems on the side of the car. I have an "IOU" from them that I am not counting on. Upon returning the car with fisheyes & orange peel in the paint, dimples in the bumper and a visible raw edge of a bumper cover, the owner stated "even new cars have that. I'm done f'ing with this car, it's just a Pontiac. Call state farm, I don't care". Needless to say, I indeed called state farm to let them know the car could not be finished by this body shop, and I was having the car finished someplace else. This job was so poorly done that state farm came out, reviewed the car and agreed to pay to have the car re-repaired someplace else. Don't walk away, run.

Best repair shop I've been too…read more I came in because my car was making a horrible scraping sound, I hadn't made an appointment and they were pretty busy yet they still made time for me the same day. I expecting an expensive repair because it seemed like a worn out wheel bearing. however they were able to diagnose the situation and found a rock in the wheel hub and removed it for less than 50$. I would recommend this shop to anyone, great service, experienced staff and great prices.

One of your employees was clearly trying to sell me work I didn't need in order to get more money out of me. The only thing that was replaced today was the part that your shop damaged. Not only was the serpentine belt installed incorrectly, but the component the belt runs on was also broken because of your faulty work. That cost me an additional $150 for the part, plus labor to have it replaced correctly. There was absolutely no way I was going to let your shop touch my car again after the poor-quality work that was done the first time. Instead of taking responsibility, you're essentially calling me a liar. I had to pay someone else to fix the damage and correct your mistake. Thanks to your negligence, I was left with additional expenses and unnecessary stress. I would not recommend your business to anyone and hope other customers think twice before trusting your shop with their vehicles. What is most concerning is that after bringing this issue to your attention, the company has refused to properly correct the problem or issue a refund. I have incurred additional expenses to repair the damage caused by the improper installation. Due to the seriousness of this situation, I am exploring my legal options. No customer should have to worry about their safety after paying for professional repairs. I hope the company takes steps to ensure this does not happen to anyone else in the future. I also feel that my concerns were not taken seriously and that I was treated unfairly. I believe every customer deserves the same level of professionalism, respect, and attention regardless of their background.
