Myself and many people I know have had to stop going there and it's such a shame because that is truly the only reason. It's not even that this scent is bad, it's not. The chemicals in synthetic fragrance do have a negative effect on everyone because they're endocrine disruptors, but especially those who are sensitive to chemicals. I'm praying that they stop using it and we can enjoy this place again.

Fast forward, missing parts clamps, washers , rings, returning plumbers , on line orders, wrong size replacement products. 20 hours later of labor and my time surfing the net to find the right part. I finally solved the problem. Told them and they said oh wow sorry. I asked for a discount for all the inconvenience and the money spent and time lost. They said. Oh I'm sorry. It's final sale I said but u just spent a month trying to find me the right parts and u got that wrong too. Yah but I saw on the box it said final sale. . Woo hoo. This is how we do it. Today I had to enter the scene of the crime for another issue, I did the sign of the cross in my car and asked for patience and understanding. As my 5.4" 120 lb self enters the showroom, I held my hand up to the 7'8" greeter -like trust me, you don't want any of this today. I headed over to customer service like a gangster ready to rumble and out of nowhere comes the running back from The Super Bowl trying to address me before I hit the counter. Clearly someone up front fired the canon and said all hands on deck. Crazy customer entering the building. And then ...........the clouds opened and I heard the angels sing. Derek with his big smile and his oh I'm sorry for what someone did to you, god forgive them for they know not what they do. Redemption today for HDC, William the giant at the door who can feel a room even if he can't read it and Derek the king of damage control, helped me in 2 minutes, apologized for the prior mishap and ordered the replacement shades I needed for the dumb bathroom vanity fixtures that the bulbs Burnt right through. ..nice to see good customer service and a subtle reminder to business owners, the name of ur company is the face at the door.

We worked together to understand my specific needs, tabulated the amperage I would need, ordered the components, and received the supplies a few days later. With some instruction from Mark I was able to put together all the lighting channels myself to save on costs and then called the M&M team members to hookup my drivers and fix the few sections that I was struggling with. They installed an irrigation system about two years ago. THEY DID A TERRIBLE JOB.!! They ruptured a…read moregas line using a regular shovel, they ripped up the internet cable causing the whole neighbor to be with out internet for 2 weeks. They were told not to install any heads in the right of way. They did and then they removed it. The overall sales person (RICK HARRISON) who I directly designed my system with, did not communicate to the installation team the type of sprinklers I wanted and where to install the back flow valve. They also had to install a pressure pump, due to low pressure for $1400.00. I specifically told Rick where it needed to be in relation to the electric outlet . I had the outlet installed exactly where Rick said it had to be. I then spent $200.00 to have an electrical outlet installed. When I checked their work after they left. I found an orange extension cord lying on the ground, in a pool of water ,connected to my $200.00 outlet, they installed the pump to far away from the outlet. I again had to pay another $200.00 to move the outlet so the pump can connect directly to the outlet. Then the pump cracked and stop working, the back check valve cracked and had to be replaced. this is after I had them winterize my system. It has been nightmare of a project. Everytime they came out, something was wrong. I finally had to ban them from my property. it is now several years later and the system is worse than ever. I have spent a lot of money in repairs. I basically will have rebuilt the system by the end of this year. Do not use this company. Beware of Rick because he is smooth but does not follow through.Get everything in writing, get a design of your sprinkler System before they install (they want a $150.00 to do so)

Zac and the office staff were accessible and easy to work with. Abel was outstanding, willing to do ANYTHING that I asked about. Abels's crew left the yard in about as good condition as possible considering the trenches that had to be dug! Josiah led the overseeding team using good equipment and seed product and was also in and out quickly leaving the yard in great condition. Josiah and Zac left clear instructions to get the seedlings started and Josiah was helpful on my follow-up questions. Seed germination has been great. Josiah knows his fescue mix! After 3 weeks, our yard is beginning to look wonderful. Nashville Irrigation did what they said they would do, continue to answer questions and provide ongoing advice, and are very easy to work with. A nice, professional group!
