The review by that China lady is way off base. If she thinks bleeding air from a cooling system is so easy and worth $20, then she should have done it herself. Lady, FYI it takes time to do things like bring your car in, test the system, bleed the system, and most likely add fluid. Labor and materials are not cheap like you. Then she sees on youtube someone changing a sensor in 45 minutes, then she calls around and gets quotes. Lady China, you are free to go wherever you want, and if a cop did tell you to shut the f##k up, it's YOU with the problem not others. You Lady China, are the type of customer no one wants, congratulations in your graduation to queen bitch status. Find some dumb mechanic to marry your sorry ass, you'll need him in the future. Now for my review of Ticolo, great people and great service. I've sent many friends and neighbors their way. Sometimes they are busy and cannot get to a newcomer right away, but you can bet your last dollar it will get done as quickly as possible. I have also been there when they did stop what they were working on to assist someone so that they didn't have to wait or bring their car back at a later time. Dont go to ticolo !!!! After 4 days install .and samday on pickup i dropped off my truck 2x. They still didnt complete thier job and had the nerve to ask 4 more days. They gave me my rebuilt truck back to me .broken .wiring unplugged .and truck stuck on limp mode 10mph max speed . horrible horrible service . if 2019 service is needed ? Horrible place and dishonest people! I brought a wheel from 2019 Honda Odyssey, it was need to replace a tire, they replaced it but they took off my TPMS sensor and installed basic valve stem instead, I didn't pay attention on that and took it then after installation, my tpms light came ON then I figured that tire shop removed it for some reason. Few days later I came there and told a guy who was working on it about my problem, and instead of work with me and tell me a truth he start blame on me and trying to find more and more excuses. Feel bad that I paid cash and didn't take a receipt from this stealer shop! No more business with them, that for sure!!! read more

This placed sucked! I brought my car in because my coolant sensor was going off. I had some air pockets in the hose so the bled them out of the line. I had no problem paying for them to run my car to tell me that. But that shouldn't have cost me more then maybe $20 to have them check it and run the engine for few minutes for them to bleed the line. However they told me I should consider changing the coolant temperature sensor. The part itself was only $24.95 they wanted $306.00 after taxes to replace the sensor and told me it was 3 hours worth of work. (No offense YouTube showed it taking less then 45 minutes to replace it, so unless the workers are straight lazy and milking time for money it should have never cost that much in the first place) I called around to other shops and they ALL told me this place was a joke and that they were way over charging me. At max to replace the part with labor should have cost around $120. So anyways I told them I couldn't afford it at the moment and after speaking with them four separate times about the cost I had ask them to just give me my car back and when I could afford it I'd bring it back to them. Then when I get there to pick my car up thinking I was getting my keys and walking out they hit me with a $62 diagnostic charge. So I asked them to show me on the policy that I signed where it says they charge that fee. And it doesn't show it. So then I asked them where on the walls anywhere does it state that, and it didn't! And then I asked why nothing was even mentioned over the phone about the fee when we had spoken four times. Needless to say I had to call the police to get my car back because they were with holding my keys. The police in is county are completely ignorant and their demeanor and mannerisms should be shunned upon. I was told to shut the fuck up by a cop for simply asking why it's a civil issue. Where I'm from in Chicago if it's not stated posted or in the policy I signed then they can't withhold keys from you. This place is fucked up. They tried to keep my car from me and all of this on the Fourth of July when all I wanted to do was take my son and daughter to see some fireworks. These ppl are rotten crooks. Great auto repair honest great prices and fantastic work love coming here best in the area

If I could give them no stars I would. These people have done horrible work over and over and over again. I dropped my car off to them over a month ago to have a cv joint replaced. They had my car for a week to do this job and when I picked my car up it wouldn't go into reverse and only had 4 gears. (5 speed manual) They dented my front bumper and refused to take responsibility for it until I showed them proof that my car was not dented when I dropped it off. THEY STILL HAVE NOT PAID FOR THOSE DAMAGES. I told my husband not to take our car back there because if they would refuse responsibility for a dent what else would they refuse responsibility for. My husband took his car back there anyway for a tire. During this visit they cracked part of my exhaust trying to get it up on a lift by bottoming out (which they decided to not use the lift after they did that which I'm sure is because they knew they had already messed my car up) when my husband left the shop he turned around and came back and told them an they told him that they didn't have time to look at it at the moment. I took the car back the next day and after dropping it off for 3 hours their conclusion was that they couldnt be responsible because it was my headers(exhaust manifold) that was cracked. So I decided to take my car to people that specialize in exhausts where they informed that it is not my headers it is the top of my cats that are cracked and it is 100% ticolos fault. So I decided to call the owner where he was very rude and might I say sexist. He pretty much refused to speak to me about MY CAR which he is somehow under the impression that it is my husbands car and said that he will only speak to my husband and he is also refusing to pay for the damages. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOU CAR THERE IT WILL COST YOU MORE THAN A TIRE THEY A 100% CROOKS AND LIARS. read more

I need 4 brand new tires, I called Rent N Roll and they wanted $1060 plus tax for all four, so I went to Ticolo tires and the young lady whom was very nice, gave me a price of $160.00 each tire. So that's a savings of $420!!! Guess who has my business??? I'm so glad I shopped around! I have 22" rims so it can get expensive. read more
