In the third place, when I tried to call to advise of the error, both phones went directly to voicemail and both voicemail boxes were full. Finally, there was a rather large mistake in the final invoice, overcharging me. This was blamed on "a new billing system". It took two tries to get it right.

He is also adding new cabinets to accommodate a different stove configuration. The match between old and new is perfect and my older cabinets have been updated so they look like new. New hinges and the scratches have been cleaned up. He is not cheap, but his cabinets are custom made and he cares about the quality of his work. He also installed cabinets at my mother's and they have also worn well.
