I had tried to clean it myself with online tricks like baking soda and spray cleaners. I just made it worse. But Pro Fresh N All saved they day and our sofa. Let me respond to a couple of the criticisms I have seen here on Yelp. "The guys who come to do the service are young." It's true. They are. But I don't really care if you are a teenager as long as you can do the job. Who cares? They were late and didn't show up on time. I have had them our to our home three times now and they have either been right on time or a bit early with notice. They were confused about the services I needed. Again, I didn't have this problem, but I also wouldn't mind refreshing someone on exactly what needed to be done. They were "creepy." Not to us. They were kind, courteous, respectful, and conversant. What more could you ask for? I highly recommend them and am already talking to friends and family to recommend their services!

One thing I will say is important is who is in your home. You will be spending a lot of time with the contractors. Within months after the kitchen was done, doors started falling off the cabinets. They had installed some decent quality cabinets in my bathroom, but Noel said he's no longer working with that subcontractor and there would be a different one doing my kitchen cabinets and they would do a lot better. That was NOT the case. The cabinets they installed were at the quality you would see in a $500 a month apartment not a $300,000 condo. . I've never been so embarrassed about my home. You see the cabinets as soon as you walk in the door and they were a total eyesore . Additionally the tile work they did in the bathroom is starting to crack. I made Noel aware of it he said he would get back with me and never did. The "luxury" vinyl wood planks he installed throughout my condo are already starting to discolor and will soon need to be replaced. They also performed electrical work which was clearly not done correctly and in violation of city code. I had to hire another electrician because what they did was unsafe. I'd be surprised if the guy who did the work actually had a license. I regret reaching out to the tile gallery to do the work in my condo. Enjoy the money now, Noel. If there was the slightest item off center, not level, or just didn't look correct, he would discuss it with us and let us decide on how or if we wanted to correct the issue. - "Can do attitude": If there was a change, we wanted or something new, there was never a "we can't do that". It was always, we can figure it out and make it work. - Work atmosphere: Mike is a pleasure to work with (even though he is a Texas Longhorn fan). Very personable, positive, and accommodating. He is just a good person. - "Techy" at heart: He introduced us to new technologies that we had no knowledge of. Of course, we were always fearful and reluctant, with the help of Mike, we are enjoying the many benefits of a "smart" home. - Respected by his industry peers: He is the past President of Greater Fort Worth Builders Association, a Certified Master Builder, and Life Director of Texas Association of Builders. Being elected by his peers to lead these associations is a great compliment. - Follow-up (most important): Building a luxury home is challenging and although we want everything to be perfect and complete upon move-in, it's just not a reality. The most important element to the new homeowner is how the builder responds to making the finishing touches, repairing things that don't work, and adding items that we may not have included in the original plan. They sent two guys that were respectful and wanted to work, but needed direction and supervision. They used a lot of my tools as they were not prepared to take on this job. I was in contact nearly every day with Kelly and her partner as I tried to work with them. I could go on and on about their excuses. Subs were asking if I was paying Kelly, because they were not getting paid. After about three weeks (into a ten day job) I had to ask them to leave with the job half done. (less than half once the new contractor had to redo some of their work) At that point Kelly demanded full payment. I believe Kelly and her partner know very little about renovations. They bid the job, order materials and hope their subcontractors can make it work. I will add that I had worked in construction when I was younger, so i am familiar with what was needed I had a bad feeling about Kelly the first time we met, she really didn't seems to understand the work process or construction in general. Thinking she was just the front person I move forward with them. I should have listened to my gut.
