Recently, my son accidentally broke the bridge on his cello. I called, thinking this was going to cost $$$ but it was covered under our rental agreement! Whew! Luckily my son wasn't going to forgo some allowance to chip in on this. I dropped it off mid-morning and it was ready the next day. I brought in the broken bridge and the guy working there (I forget his name!) custom made a brand new one. If you want friendly and reasonably priced rentals, this is the place to go. They also have lots of instruments for sale - string, keyboards, guitars, ukes - anything you need! And you won't find nicer people anywhere, of that I'm sure.

The owner will regularly deliver guitars to my home in Queens. for no charge, he goes out of his way to hand deliver me gorgeous new guitars. I have had only all positive experiences with Monster music for so many years. After buying at least 20 guitars.. I started buying guitars from them 5-10 years ago and they are still the only local shop I support. Owner is super cool, and super honest about how he describes his vintage gear.
