He asked if I wanted high-end or cheaper wipers and of course I wanted the best and I asked if there was anyone there who could put them on for me. Without hesitation Brian said he could definitely do that and followed me to my car and, with some difficulty due to the new lock-in mechanism, installed the new wipers. He was very courteous, patient, and cheerful. AutoZone should be very proud to have someone like Brian on their team who gives great customer service!

This NAPA auto parts took full advantage of this. First when I came in to get the parts I needed I was busy trying to keep my 3 year old from trashing the store so the sales man, yes they work off commission got me the most expensive replacement parts. After realizing what happened I went to return the unopened parts only to get push back. Luck for the sales man my credit card had been stolen so he told me without the card there was nothing he could do. I explained that I live in another state where there were no NAPA Auto Part stores and asked what I should do. He actually said keep their parts I was able to get for 1/4 the cost. I had a shop do the work, provide the parts including insurance, and it was still less then what I was charged for just parts. The manager was also not helpful telling me to wait two weeks then she would be able to process a refund without the credit card. Again... I'm from out of state and clearly told them this. Maybe they just don't know how to use their machine, but I have worked in retail and have processed many returns without the credit card. Mind you I had the receipt in hand. No solution offered at all. No help what's soever! On my way out of CA I stopped at another NAPA Auto Parts. They also gave me a hard time. They processed the return and explained they work off commission and their store will now be hit with the return. So NAPA in Napa took advantage of me, lied to me, and gave me really bad service. They said "We will still have it." I drove to American Canyon. It took over almost two hours. I got lost two times because Green Island Road is in the middle of NOWHERE and the maps don't show how to get there. I arrived, I said, "Hi I called yesterday and you said you had such and such part in white." They said "I don't think we have it in white--how about blue." ARRRHHGHHH! NO! I wanted it in white, that is why I drove to American Canyon. I had the freaking part in the wrong color, that is why I called on the phone, to see if they had it in the right color. I got the part. It is still not the right color and now I have to paint it. I am not an auto-body repair specialist, so my car will probably look just as crappy as it does now without the part. The moral of this story is don't believe what these people tell you on the phone. They didn't check and they are probably just trying to rip you off.
