My mom cried out in pain. Finally, she got the IV started, but the placement was so painful for my Mom after the bag was half gone, my Mom asked her to leave. It was too painful. I did tell them about the experience (I didn't want another elderly person to go thru what my Mom did) and got a refund. At least there was that to make is a little better, after the fact.
