To make matters worse, we paid $95 each, and we tipped them. which is unacceptable for the quality we received, but I tipped. Not to mention, nails weren't even shaped evenly--my pinky nails were different lengths. I also asked for short nails, and they were still long. I expected better, especially after being a repeat customer, and I left feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. I felt the session was rushed. Also, they were very rude. My daughter chose to go there knowing she was treated well before, but now she will never return, she said, and I agree with her. I advised the lady I did not like that color, and she was not happy, so the tech male next to her asked to do it, for me, but didn't look happy; he looked like he was bothered to even change the color. All I gotta say is this salon lost 2 customers today, just because they were rushing it. We gave them pictures of what we wanted, and they were completely different. I will post the pictures to see. At the end of the day we chose to come here thinking we were going to be treated how we always were before.
