This is the worst place ever I can't even start to explain how bad they are They were so rude to me and yelled I asked for the polish to not be so close to my cuticle they got all on my cuticle it was the guy that did it and the other owner lady said she saw no problem with it their was definitely problems I would give 0stars if I could never go here lady's never read more

I went in today as a first time customer. I wanted to get a gel manicure with a gray color scheme. When they handed me their samples I was really thrown off by their basic colors. For instance they only had 1 gray?!?! I asked if they had other colors and she handed me a sample of mood colors. I've never heard of this type and obviously never used it before. I do get the concept though since I have had mood rings in the past. So I am happy to find a nice gray color on this set of samples. She brings the box over and shows the color it will be changing in to and it's a nice pink color. I agree and we proceed to do my nails. After the second coat I notice the pink color isn't turning to gray and I ask them why and they told me hold on it will turn gray? She is finally done and wipes my finger with alcohol which instantly changes it gray. I was happy and then realized after a few seconds it went back to the pale pink??!! I ask them what's going on and she informs me gray only happens when my fingers are cold. But when will my fingers be cold ??? I informed them that this was not the color I wanted and the example I picked from. They told me they would change it for an additional charge. So instead of wasting more of my time I just kept this color I didn't pick, paid and left. On top of all of this they didn't even apply lotion to my hands leaving me with alcohol all over my fingers. I will never return to this place and hope you don't waste your time here as they treat their customers like trash. They were so rude to me for simply stating this wasn't the color I chose. read more

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL CAUSE!!!! If I can give no stars I would!! My mom just got a terrible infection on her toe because of this place! She is currently under the care of a physician now trying to get rid of the infection that has gone to the bone in her toe! We will definitely be reporting this to state board ASAP! I love this place! The staff is so friendly and the place is really clean. I love how they take their time with you and you don't feel rushed like other places. I have been going there for about 3 years now. Amy and Don are the bomb! It can be slow because they don't have a lot of workers if you go there after 5pm. read more

Had to give 1 star because there is no option for no stars. Rude Male smoking a cigarette and tossed it on the floor when there was a station to put out the cigarette. Didn't help when my wife and I showed up and we left to give our business else where. Dont know how good they are but with that attitude we would never go or refer anyone here. read more

The people there are just the sweetest and I didn't mind the mani or the pedi. The reason why I don't give it 5 stars is because I went in for a gel mani and pedi and the gel I got started peeling not even 5 days later. I just think it was the product they use. Other than that I can't complain. Never tried any other services but I do know I won't be going back for a GEL anything there. read more

Amy, the owner is really nice and she is never pushy on making you get services you dont need. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! Don't even bother making an appt to this place. I went with someone and we came here thirty mins early and still fifteen minutes after my scheduled appt I was not being seen. They sat me in a chair and filled it with water and started on the person I was with. Then when another person became available she started doing some other ladies nails. They knew that we wanted the most expensive pedicure there too BC we told them. I guess they don't care about customer service or satisfaction. NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS PLACE. read more

They take FOREVER ! I only go to to my eyebrows now , and even for that I have to wait a while . Also it's not very clean , specially in the room where you get your eyebrows done . I came here with my mom on a Friday as soon as they opened. We got pedicures and gel manicures. The ladies that did our pedicure were very nice and one had a great sense of humor. We love this place. It is close and convenient. With how busy life is, sometimes something as simple as getting your nails done is a chore, not to mention expensive. This is my updated review. It's only getting 2 stars for my current experience. DO NOT GET the lady with short straight black hair, and bangs. I don't know her name. But she is horrible. I love David, Amy, and the other men, but this lady doesn't need to be working here any longer. She told me I needed new tips (after only having them for a month) I believe because she messed up in cutting them down. When she was taking my nails off for the new set, she ripped half of my thumb nail off. It was bleeding and hurt so bad. They put alcohol on it and that's it. They said that they could just put the fake nail on over it ( I wasn't sure about that) but I agreed. Turns out it looks normal and doesn't hurt so I don't think there is an infection. After nearly 2 hours! I was done, my left hand is longer than my right nails, two nails are crooked, and I had to pay full price for a new set. Bottom line, I love this place but don't get that lady. I might have argued not to pay but I'm going to return so I didn't want drama. read more

I just moved to perris and needed to find a nail shop ASAP. It was already 6 pm when I called, but being a working mother finding time to get this done isn't the easiest of tasks. Thankfully they were willing to take me that late for a full set. People were nice, it was a male and female at the time. for what I'm used to paying the prices seemed a bit high, but I went for it. I've been doing my own nails for years but I felt that paying to get myself pampered would be nice. The outcome was gorgeous, natural pink nails, great shape, nothing crooked or out of shape. At the time I felt it was worth it, I was wrong. They were too thin for the length the to got and by the third day 3 nails were already broken off. No, I'm not rough with my hands, nothing was done out of the ordinary to cause this. It's hard enough to find time to get them done, who has time to go back three times to get nails fixed?? I just moved from the east coast and was looking for a new nail salon. Well this was not the place and I will never return. Both people working were rude and didn't provide the service I wanted. The women proceeded to tell me that she couldn't clean my cuticles for my pedicure or fix my chip nail when doing my refill. Then argued with me about what a pedicure and refill is. I have been here 3 times, the first two for a pedicure & this Friday I got a full set with gel! I cannot complain about the pedicure, it was decent, not the best pedicure & not the cleanest nail salon I've been to but the gel stayed on for quite a while & the employees were nice. however this Friday I went in to get my nails done & I called beforehand to see if I needed an appointment & they said no. when I got there I had to wait about 15 minutes (cool I wasn't in a hurry but I still had to wait), moving on there were only 4 people working, (the other 2 times I've been there, there were only 2 people working) & a lot of women waiting. the man who did my manicure reeked of cigarette smoke, rushed through my gel nail process & filed the sides to the point where he filed the gel color off, plus my nails aren't even. there were about 4 ladies waiting & all 4 employees were working on other customers so I understand he was in a rush but I paid $31 for a gel full set I expect it to be well done. read more

I took my daughter here on Tuesday to have a full set of nails done for her Junior Prom. The salon was clean and very organized. David and his wife were very nice and personable, they both made us feel very comfortable. I was rubbing my neck from a pinched nerve and David asked me if I wanted to sit in the massage chair to help my neck. I was so surprised, so he walked me over to the chair and I got a massage for no charge. David's wife was super sweet, she asked us if we wanted gel top coat for my daughters nails. She told us it was an extra charge and then said but if you don't plan on keeping the nails, then you don't need it. WOW, I've never had a salon talk me out of a purchase. David and his wife are so honest, professional and so very nice. I will recommend all my family and friends to this salon. The BEST salon I have EVER been to, well worth your money.
