Not sure why they have the xpress in their name because that's a lie. I use to really like this place but they just continue to disappoint me every time. I had an appointment scheduled and was not seen until 40 minutes after my appointment time. What is the point of scheduling an appointment if you're not going to honor the time. I understand being busy or maybe even short staff but you should always prioritize your appointments. I spent almost 3 hours in this place just getting a pedicure and manicure. Absurd. On top of that, the staff didn't even apologize. They acted like they were doing me a favor for a service I'm clearly paying for. Come here if you want to wait for a long time. I really wanted to like this place cause the people are nice. But I got my nails done 3 days ago here and they don't look good. They are lumpy, uneven, the acrylic is sitting on top of cuticles on a lot of them, the gel is messy, and my cuticles weren't cleaned up or even pushed back before starting them so they look old and grown out. I paid $100 for my whole service that day and it wasn't worth it in my opinion. They don't look nice and they look like I've had them for longer than I have. read more

First of all when it comes to outstanding respectful quality customer service in the nail service nobody and I mean nobody beats Lucky nails Express in the Moreno Valley area. I'm African American and I can say for years I'm used to walking in the nail salon, the workers looking up looking at each other speaking their language and not even bother to speak in English or greet me. Absolutely not the case here. I'm greedy as soon as I walk in the door with a smile. They are so and I mean so nice here. From the owner down to the workers everybody treat you with respect and they see you. I know as a customer spending my money it feels good to be seen respected and valued. That's why I drive 27 minutes up to 44 minutes in traffic because it's absolutely worth it. Come try him out I'll guarantee it'll be worth it for you as well. Haven't updated my review in a while, but I have gotten my nails done here countless times and I left satisfied each time! The place is always clean and the service is sanitary. The ambiance is relaxing and inviting and the customer service remains exceptional. I usually just show a picture of what I want, and my nails will end up looking just like how it did in the pictures, or the nail tech would add their own twists to it and make them even better. Me and my daughter had a nice experience at Lucky Nails. Both Nail Techs were friendly. They had tranquil spa music playing which was relaxing. I did the Cucumber Green Tea massage which I enjoyed. It was my first visit to this salon. I called for a 6:00 pm, Thursday appointment and was seated almost immediately. I haven't had acrylics in several years but a very special event prompted me to get my nails done. Tam was my technician and he was awesome! He made sure to get my nails the right length that I wanted and took his time when using the electric device to grind the nails down to have a more "natural look" and even shape. I think I chose a gel polish, but not positive. Everything turned out perfectly. Tam was appropriately chatty and friendly. Gina, the other technician,was helping a customer I knew, so the four of us talked together about various things. But the important part was their skill and their customer service. I also had my eyebrows ($8)and upper lip ($6) waxed which was performed by Gina. She spent time making sure my brows were even and well shaped. She was very thorough.
