We rolled up and found good parking right along the side the dog park next to the trailer park area. We got here about 7 o'clock with not a soul in site. Why? No clue... The tortillas were ON POINT- and quite honestly MADE this meal. SUADERO tacos for the WIN. By far the most flavor packed taco from a truck you will have. All orders are made fresh and "to go" unless you desire to sit at one of the two unshaded picnic tables. I purchased the three items pictured below for $8.50 and was very pleased with how they tasted. The mulita was crunchy with lots of cheesy fajita flavor and the chorizo taco was exceptional. Be warned that their red sauce is very hot and spicy. I was pleased to see the menu was in both Spanish and English and there was no language barrier.
