For many years we tried to buy local and they wouldn't budge on price at all. However, today they were willing to negotiate on price and trade-in value. He was knowledgeable and willing to do whatever it took to get my husband a new F250 pick up. Kudos also to Business Manager Tanya Roll. Calls ignored, texts unanswered, and even the finance contact went silent. Two major issues with the car: 1. Missing Navigation SD Card - A critical part of the vehicle's system that should have been included. Instead of being upfront, they acted like it wasn't their problem. If you knew it was missing, you should have disclosed it. 2. Windshield Chips - The transport driver provided proof that the chips were already there before pickup, so these came directly from the dealership. Yet they tried to dance around responsibility. The dealership kept trying to fall back on "as-is" language, but selling a car missing essential equipment without disclosure is the same as selling shoes without insoles and not telling the buyer. If this is how they treat customers after taking your money, imagine what else they cut corners on. I was ignored, deflected, and dismissed instead of being taken care of. Buyers beware: you won't get transparency here.

We got a good deal on our 2013 Honda Odyssey EX-L and they even worked some magic to ensure our vehicle had some routine maintenance done as part of purchasing the car. The purchase price was well within the KBB price and I felt like we got an aggressively priced deal. Seth Burns was easy to work with, reasonable and accommodating. Dave at the front was also an enjoyable part of the experience. He always had a huge smile on his face every time we came in. My daughter didn't want to leave after playing in their vintage car in the lobby. Buying a car can be intimidating and high pressure. . . but this was NOT the case when working at Family Auto.
