For many years we tried to buy local and they wouldn't budge on price at all. However, today they were willing to negotiate on price and trade-in value. There was no pressure and it was, overall, a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend Vicente Martinez in sales. He was knowledgeable and willing to do whatever it took to get my husband a new F250 pick up. Kudos also to Business Manager Tanya Roll. We've dealt with her before, and she's always personable and professional.

Dave at the front was also an enjoyable part of the experience. He always had a huge smile on his face every time we came in. My daughter didn't want to leave after playing in their vintage car in the lobby. Buying a car can be intimidating and high pressure. . . but this was NOT the case when working at Family Auto. They also did not disclose anything that the car had wrong with it including the fact that this car hadn't had an oil change in who knows how long!!! The car turned off twice after purchasing it! HAD THAT HAPPENED IN THE HIGHWAY WE WOULD HAVE DIED! THEY AREN'T WILLING TO OWN UP TO THAT! They refused to find any solutions to make this right. Look at all of the other 1 star reviews with this car lot & you will quickly see a pattern. We went in to resolve the issue and Keenan said we will not get our money back and he said he wasn't sure if the owner would call us back and we can have our lawyers call them. They were unhelpful in solving the issue, they sold us a lemon and we will take them to court.

He showed us the car facts, this is a 1 owner truck! He only had it for 2 days and posted it last night. We will definitely go back to Neeko and LA Auto Rack when we need another vehicle.
