I loved the work she posted on IG and reached out via text. I sent her what I was looking for and she was super responsive, helpful and nice! We scheduled a consultation and prices what I wanted out into 2 sessions and went through the steps of what she would do. My first session was a cut and dye I had asked to try and match my natural color as close as possible and she did! It was almost identical! I then we scheduled the highlights. The cut came out exactly how I hoped, clean, flattering, and easy to style. She also did my eyebrows and absolutely nailed them. So she blow dried my hair straight and then use a hot iron to curl? Isn't a blowout supposed to be curled on rollers and pin curls? Anyways, I told her about it and she said my hair is too thick and long...like okay that's still your job to give me what I'm paying you for. So she curled my hair and it was terrible. She didn't even set the curls and barely used any hairspray until I asked her to put more in. So I was like whatever cause I was running short on time and I had to be somewhere (it took two hours). By the time I walked to my car my curls were dead. My hair was just straight in less than 10 minutes! $40 FOR NOTHING. I had to go home and curl my hair myself and I did it 20x Better than what she did. I'll never be at this salon again and I don't recommend coming here.
