I would have given 5 stars had she not slipped and made my finger bleed with the dremel. Also didn't love soaking my fingers in acetone I have super dry skin so this just made it worse. The work was done well though for the most part and they were very kind to me and my 6 yr old daughter on my birthday.

Unfortunately I had a really poor experience. The girl who did my nails was very sweet but was very inexperienced. I confirmed with her and her father- the owner- that she is on summer break from high school and doesn't have a nail tech license. I doubt this is legal! The pedicure was bad and cost me $50. I was polite and let the owner know it was a bad experience, and his daughter needed more training! I've never had a pedicure before where the foot massage was done while my foot was still in the paraffin wax bag- half the wax dropped into the water bath. I wanted to have nice feet for my trip and now I'm going to have to go somewhere else and pay another $50 to have it done right. Ugh.

My daughter and I went to get our nails done today and were very happy with the results. Staff is always so nice and welcoming. We've been to this salon several times and always have had a great experience!

Polish is chipped, cakey and uneven. Dont waste your money here, they will argue with you too

The owner, Tim, commented to my review below stating false information to try and make himself look better. You can clearly see by his comment how rude and argumentative he is, further validating my original review! Very sad, he does not deserve to be in the customer service industry with such a rude disposition. Hopefully him and his staff can relearn how to do the basics for everyone's sake; ingrown nails, acrylic and smoothening out the nail after the acrylic and some customer service skills!

This was my first time coming here and I absolutely recommend it. This place is very cute inside and they have so many different varieties of colors and glitter. I'm always skeptical trying new nail salon places but I will definitely come back to this one. The lady I had was very nice I'm not sure what her name was.. but I will be sure to ask next time I go. She took her time on doing my nails and made sure I liked my shape multiple times which I appreciated. read more

I was so disappointed with this nail salon. My nails were done so poorly. They are already chipping after one week. When I went in for my service, I didn't even get a manicure or when my service was done, my hands were so dry and no hand lotion was given. I had my nails done at other salons around here and this place is one, I won't ever return too. read more

So I am new to the San Dimas area and I am a lil picky when it comes to my nails...I always had one lady do my nails when I was living in Whittier and that same lady did my nails and toes for about almost 10 years...so u can understand why i can be picky....well I was going to Vegas and I had no time to drive all the way to Whittier to get my nails done soo a week before Vegas I started to yelp what was around the area and 3 places had good reviews and La Beaute Nails was one of them...still deciding 4 days before, I go back on yelp and go back on la beaute nails and then Recently there was bad reviews and I was like oooo no!! Going back and forth on what I should do getting other recommendations from friends around the area...but then I just decided to stick to La Beaute and say screw the bad reviews made an appt for same day...went right after work. Walked in and it was really nice inside and it was not busy at all Cheri took me right away!! I told her what i wanted and she got right to work...I never got acrylics before so I was a lil nervous but she made sure I like the same and length! My pedicure was perfect I needed one bad!!! I can't say one bad thing for my first visit! I went back to work and I just asked coworkers what's the normal price for a full set and pedicure and they said what I paid was a lil pricey..I paid 58 for everything which did seem high but i didn't know what was the normal but other then that I think I found my new spot n nail lady!! FYI - the $39 combo mani/pedi on Yelp is no longer valid.... Regular price is $43 for both. Love this place! I usually make an appointment, but I think they let you walk in if they're not busy (you should definitely call first). I'm not the type of person to talk a lot during my mani/pedi and I'm usually in and out of here within an hour. Gel Mani/Regular spa pedi combo is only $43! Pretty cheap compared to other places around here. Also around the same price as my old place but the quality is MUCH better. At the old place, my gel nails would chip within 2 weeks.... This mani stays on for MONTHS if you don't pick at it. I don't get anything fancy and usually just get a single gel color on my nails but they do a really great job! I love the glitter gel polishes, they are sooo pretty. I've been here 3 times now since I've moved here and I will definitely come back when I feel like treating myself! read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE. I came to get my nails done here and this girl was doing my nails like she was in a race and it was dead slow. Later I find out she's doing another person at the same time AND another girl is waiting for her. She didn't even massage my feet. Horrible horrible horrible. read more

Walked in no appointment, they were able to do me and my friend at the same time. Tools are individually wrapped in new bags, large selection of gel colors, and OPI nail polish. Only thing missing was the massage chairs :(. The staff is also great! read more

Came across this nail salon here on yelp. Went it today to get a spa pedicure and gel manicure. They had a package deal get both for $39. For me it seems reasonable! Really clean area, spa chairs are comfy, tools seemed sanitized and clean. They don't do two things at one (in my case) first the pedicure then the manicure at a different station which I liked. I didn't get the name of the girl who did both my pedi and mani but she took her time, asked often if what she was doing was ok or if I wanted it a certain way. Usually the techs do their own thing in my past experiences. Only issue with her taking her time is that I was there for 2 whole hours. For a momma who is needed at home that's a long time to be "pampering herself"lol. I recommend this place for sure ! Will be going back! read more

My momma and I come in today to be pampered. What an experience. My mom got a pedicure and they took their time, gave a wonderful massage, and even offered water and snacks. I got a gel manicure and loved it!! I'm super picky with my nails due to my annoying nail beds. She cleaned up nails so well and even gave me a massage once we were finished. I would recommend this to anyone who wants great nails at a great price. 25$ for a gel manicure. Who can beat that!!! And 18$ for a spa pedicure. Love this place. We will be back. read more

I got a same day appointment and walked in without waiting. My nails were done with fill and gel in under an hour. It was super fast. They did talk more amongst themselves in their language and had little conversation with me but they were efficient enough that I would go back. A fill and gel was $28 which is about average. read more

I love this place!! I just got a fill today and the girl (i didn't get her name ) she did my fill and did AMAZING. she shaped them so much better than my last full set!! she also helped me choose my colors to get the look i wanted! Only took about an hour as well which is pretty good considering the effort put into it. My new favorite place!! read more

Came here for the 1st time today and absolutely loved my pedicure with Hannah. I was a walk-in client and Hannah was so welcoming and kind. They have a great selections of polish and gel colors. Also, the nail stations are clean and comfortable. My very favorite part was the organic coconut oil scrub and massage! So relaxing. I will definitely be back and referring my friends! I think I just found my new go-to nail spot. The attention to detail the techs pay is incredible. The shop is clean and cute, with black tufted chairs. I went in for a mani pedi after one of my girlfriends raved about the service. I totally agree- so good! Everyone is super friendly. This place is awesome, first time going here and I went for a gel manicure. Got the Japanese gel ($30), they removed my old gel for free since it was mostly gone. But the place is clean and all the ladies are super friendly. My nails turned out perfect! They took their time and even massages my arms after, a lot of places don't do that anymore or if they it's not great. I plan on going back soon for a pedicure! read more

I asked if she had a late appointment available for that day. Super LAST MINUTE appointment and she responded right away. She said she would get back to me in the morning because she had to check. Of course, it's okay! It was so late, I really didn't think I would hear from her until later. When I woke up I had a message from her already with the times she had available. I booked it!! I got there and you have to wait in your car so you text her once you're in the parking. She replied saying I could come in and omg....her place is so nice, cute and classy. She was very welcoming and sweet. I felt comfortable and had a good conversation with her. She offered me a Perrier and also handed me stress balls. I asked if I needed to get my legs and arms done and said I didn't need to yet. I debated writing this review for a long time. This happened a few years ago when the business was…read morenew, and I originally didn't want to hurt a small business, but the experience has stuck with me. During my first visit (around the COVID period), I was given a promotional card for a large discount if I came back soon. It honestly seemed too good to be true, but I returned a few days later to use it. When I got there, they suddenly said the promotion didn't apply and that I had to pay full price. It was the same employee who gave me the card, and he even called his boss, but the explanation kept changing. In the end, they refused to honor the promotion they gave me. I still went through with the appointment because I already felt awkward leaving. After multiple add-ons and charges, the total came out to over $400 for the facial and services. The services themselves were average at best, and they were extremely pushy about a large tip afterward. The whole experience felt like shady business practices, misleading promotions, pressure to spend more, and pressure to tip big. The spa environment itself was also pretty unappealing and felt more like a warehouse than a relaxing spa. Overall, it left a very bad impression. I'll never return.

Out of respect, I showed up as scheduled, even though my day was hectic and I had considered canceling, because I didn't want to waste her time. Unfortunately, that same consideration wasn't returned. Mistakes happen, but the lack of accountability and effort to make it right is what stood out most. Great first (and only) facial from her but I would advise to confirm multiple times that your appointment is actually secured.

It was relaxing (I fell asleep)! It was restorative! My feet felt and looked healthy and cared for. I didn't get polished which is great because I have been wanting to go natural for a while to let my nails breathe and focus on what's really happening with my toe nail health. So may things I loved (in no particular order): - Very communicative from the appointment (via phone) to the confirmation and directions (via text) - Ms. Glen greeted me at the door - The studio smells divine (really sets the tranquil mood) - The studio was intimate (just me - yay) - The space was very clean (I am a stickler for clean) - There was a complimentary water waiting on me - Ms. Glen has developed her own techniques and products which speaks to her dedication and specialization (I love people who are passionate about what they do!) - Every step of the treatment was appreciated! (very detailed, very attentive, think - pampering your feet from the in-depth massage to the parrafin to the soaks to the grooming and much much more) - I got socks! This was such a special and much needed last step that I never knew I needed. It made my feet more comfortable and protected after such a beautiful treatment. She even asked me my size. How's that for customer service! - Now this one may seem trivial but I never had to hold my feet up during the treatment unless I was transitioning from the bowl to a towel. I do not like having to do that while someone attends to the bottom of my feel or heels. Ms. Glen has it worked out where I can truly relax the whole time. I also left with one of Ms. Glen's therapeutic hand and foot oils in Lemon. She makes the oils herself! It smells so good and leaves a refreshing but not overpowering scent. It feels good oiling my feet every night. Like another reviewer said, this is not your run of the mill pedicure shop. This is a therapeutic service that is worth every penny. My goal is to make this a regular treatment. If my feet are healthy, I am healthier! Thanks Ms. Glen for such a wonderful experience! I'll be back. If your feet are in need of TLC, renewal and restoration, Ms. Glen has a carefully curated service that will leave your feet feeling brand new. I had recently purchased a soap that helps with skin discoloration. It hasn't been making any improvement in the uneven skin tone and dark marks on my feet. Turns out I just needed an appointment with Ms. Glen. The exfoliation she provided literally rubbed away 15 years from my feet. My dry scratchy heels were left supple and smooth and the calloused areas were left soft. Had I known what I was in store for I would have taken before and after pictures. She even provided socks for me to leave in, to seal in the moisture. My favorite part hands down was the massage. She kneaded into these tired soles, and I needed that! I paid a little more than the price listed (which she does quote as a base price) but she also spent almost 2x the amount of time listed. My Fiancé noticed the difference in appearance and feel immediately. I intentionally waited until 24 hours+ had passed to write this review, wanting to see if my feet would feel just as nice. THEY DO!! Ms. Glen definitely puts pride in her work and I love how she checked in throughout the process to ensure I was satisfied along the way. I recommend her service to anyone looking to give their feet a more youthful feel and look. And if your feet have severe issues that might keep you from visiting open public salons, her private suite will help you feel comfortable and secure. Right before I left, Ms. Glen threw in a bottle of her therapeutic hand & foot oil once she saw how dry my hands were. I had discussed my upcoming nuptials with her and she wanted to make sure my hands moisturized properly for my big day, even providing a demonstration on proper application. Ms. Glen is a gem!

Nails are uneven and lumpy. She changed the drill bit and then cut my daughters finger. Blaming it on the new drill. Which is ridiculous this is what you do for a living changing a drill bit should not affect your skills. The color my daughter choose was beautiful and she did explain why she was adding a white base which is appreciated.
